"The room was very clean. The staff was very nice. Breakfast was good. Only improvements needed are that the staff in the kitchen at breakfast were not able to answer questions about food allergies such as if nuts were in the muffins. They need to be able to find those answers or get training on it. Also our room was right by an emergency door so we kept getting woken up by loud slamming doors early in the am. Overall I think it's a good hotel and a nice location in TN so I would recommend it and...

"Repeated loud banging noises, apparently from the plumbing, made it nearly impossible to sleep. I woke up several times and felt exhausted the next morning. A restful night is a basic expectation of any hotel stay, and unfortunately, that expectation was not met. Unless this issue is resolved, I would be reluctant to stay here again."
