The apartment is laid out as follows:

- LIVING ROOM with KITCHENETTE (induction cooktop, refrigerator, freezer, electric toaster oven, dishwasher, moka pot, wine glasses, and various kitchen utensils), dining table, double sofa bed, and TV;

- BEDROOM with a double bed, clothes rack, and dresser;

- BATHROOM with shower stall, sink, toilet, and bidet;

- PRIVATE COURTYARD with a beach umbrella, dining table, and outdoor shower.

The use of air conditioning and heating is subject to compliance with current Italian regulations (Presidential Decree No. 74 of April 16, 2013, Ministerial Decree No. 383 of 6.10.2022).

Summer: The average air temperature must not be lower than 26°C for all types of buildings.

Winter: The weighted average air temperature must not exceed 19°C. The operating period and daily operating duration depend on the climate zone defined by the regulations.

Lecce Climate Zone C: 9 hours per day from November 22 to March 23.



The keys to the front door are located inside a safe that opens with a code, which will be provided upon check-in.



After 9:30 p.m., direct check-in at the apartment is available with the following surcharges:

- From 9:30 PM to 11:00 PM - 25.00 euros

- From 11:00 PM to midnight - 30.00 euros

- From 12:00 a.m. to 1:30 a.m. - 40.00 euros



Casarano, in the province of Lecce, is one of the towns in the lower Salento region, located in the heart of Apulia. Rich in history, culture, and architecture, it retains an authentic charm, far from mass tourism. It is located just a few kilometers from the beautiful Ionian coastline, such as Torre San Giovanni, and is an excellent starting point for exploring the most authentic Salento.

The historic center is a maze of narrow streets, noble palaces, and picturesque views that tell the story of the town’s long history, from its Roman origins to the Baroque period. Among the main points of interest are the Church of Casaranello with its Byzantine mosaics, the Baroque Mother Church, and historic palaces such as Palazzo d’Aquino. Just outside the historic center, the Church of the Madonna della Campana offers a beautiful view of the surrounding area.

The property is located in a quiet, well-served residential area, close to the historic center. Although it is not in the oldest part of town, it is convenient and strategically located, with bars, restaurants, supermarkets, and all amenities within easy reach, and allows for easy access to the city’s main attractions.
