Definitely not a 4start hotel, I would say its maybe 2 stars at best. Originally, we were put in a handicap room that did not have a toilet seat, had tears in the toilet (unsanitary), had used shampoo containers in the shower (so was likely not cleaned well) and had a horrible smell from the shower ...

The apartment was spacious however 2 lights went out the bathroom right away and the kitchen yesterday. Wish there was a microwave in the kitchen to warm up food. And there was no hand soap in one of the bathroom's. Other then that it was great once we got settled.
