Il Granaio del Barone is an ancient baronial house located in Casal Velino, once used as a grain storage facility and now carefully restored. The 100-square-meter property is on a single level and features spacious, bright rooms. To access two of the three bedrooms, you must climb two comfortable steps—a detail that reflects the building’s original structure.

The house has three bedrooms—two double and one single—as well as a sleeper sofa in the living room, for a total of 6 sleeping accommodations. One of the bedrooms has air conditioning, while the entire house stays naturally cool thanks to its thick, historic walls. The living area includes a fully equipped kitchen and a cozy living room. Outside, a panoramic terrace offers the perfect space for outdoor breakfasts and moments of relaxation.

The sleeping area is served by two bathrooms: one equipped with a shower, sink, and toilet, and the other featuring a bidet and a whirlpool tub, ideal for indulging in a wellness break.

Il Granaio del Barone is situated in a prime location for exploring the best of Cilento, a region where the sea, history, and nature blend harmoniously. In just a few minutes, you can reach Casal Velino Marina, with its golden beaches, small marina, and restaurants overlooking the sea. Not far away, the medieval village of Casal Velino Paese offers a marvelous view of the coast and an atmosphere frozen in time.

The coastal area offers beaches perfect for families and crystal-clear waters, while archaeology enthusiasts can visit the site of Velia, an ancient city of Magna Graecia, famous for the Porta Rosa and the Eleatic school of philosophy.
