"Great location. Great room for a family of 4. We stayed with our kids in a suite (located in building 2), and it was perfect. This room is not fancy but each room had a tv, a nice king bed, perfectly working AC and a bathroom to share. The room even had a mini fridge, microwave and little sink outside the bathroom. If you are considering staying here, you should! We enjoyed our stay here. They even have a poor, but there is no seating and it is a fairly deep pool, so if you have little ones like...

"Dissatisfied about the fact that you are charging $25 to check in 1 hour early when room is all ready. We'd already paid $400 for the night as it is! We could see that for late check-out but not for check-in's. Yes, it's only $25 but it's the principle of the thing."

"The space in the room was great, as was the room layout. The hotel had a funky smell, as much as we tried to ignore it, it just never went away. The big thing that weirded us out was the water - it was very brown when it came out for at least a minute. It eventually went clear, but didn’t leave us with a lot of confidence in brushing our teeth & showering with that water 😬"

"The hotel was in a good location,pretty close to downtown Newport. The room was average I would say but we found hair on one of the beds and like 3 pillows which was bad. I will say the staff was nice. I left my charger there on checkout and they called me to let me know which I really appreciated."

"When we vacationed in Newport, Rhode Island (July 2026) we stayed at the Town and Tide Inn for three days. The Inn, with only 12 rooms, was quiet and personal.
