"Our room was very hot. We realise there is a heatwave, but the windows wouldn’t open much to bring in any additional air. The bedding was not clean, hairs on the linen. The shower was blocked and would overflow from the shower tray. I had to stop the shower 4 times to give it time to drain, and had to declog the shower of hair from the previous guests. The bathroom floor was sticky, the hooks had broken off and so there wasn’t really anywhere to hang a towel as they hung on the floor on the...

"We booked the premium room which was nice but our room was next to where the deliveries come through so was quite noisy. The Spa was lovely and so was the food in the restaurant. When asked how our stay was upon check out we did explain about the noise and the lovely Ibraheem gave his apologies, gave us a free day pass to come back and visit their spa and waived our room service which was very kind of him. Thank you!"

"Booked a double room with en-suite for me and my husband. We had room 14 and it was quite small and the en-suite was tiny. The room was dirty, carpets and walls had stains on them. There was only 1 cup, 1 towel, 1 glass which is strange when it's for 2 people. The shower didn't have hot water and we was told to use the communal shower on the landing. Best bit of our stay was free car park."

"2 day stay . Very bad smelling room even after 2 days with window open. Its clearly been lived in by a smoker and a sock was still covering the smoke detector. Really uncumfortabke beds and dirty stained sheets and matress. No lamps no cups, spoon or coffee. Even had to tune the telly myself. Very strange types walking around the corridors would not recomend. Staff were nice enough when i spoke to them. Im not the complaining type so just loughed if off as a bad experience never to be repeated....

"No rooms available but I was charged for a room when booking. Left stranded at 8pm by the door to go find another room. When asked for a refund, I was told to sort that out myself as well."
