"Fueron tres noches perfectas, de principio a fin. Un joya! El servicio y la calidez de todo el personal del hotel es impresionante. Las instalaciones están en impecable estado, todo esta pulcro y en un ambiente maravilloso. Es el paraíso, aquí encontramos todo para disfrutarnos en pareja. "Located just a few minutes drive up the hill, this hotel has excellent views of the picturesque town of Casamicciola Terme. Close to everything (restaurants, cafés, supermarket, port, etc). Summer bonus: when it's hot and muggy downtown Ischia and Casamicciola, it's cool and breezy up at the Ape Regina."

We loved the delicious breakfasts, comfortable beds, amazing pools, and nearby Sorgeto Beach. Pietro and Umberto were incredibly helpful with planning our day, restaurant and beach recommendations, and lifts to town. "Es un Hotel bonito, muy tranquilo, con vistas muy bonitas desde la terraza, no puedo opinar sobre lo mismo desde la habitación pues esta quedaba hacia un lateral, y las vistas hacia la ladera también eran bonitas pero si fuese orientación mar, como la terraza, hubiese excelente.

The staff was helpful, friendly, and went out of their way to make us feel at home! We would stay here again in a heartbeat! Everything was perfect! There is a bus stop directly across the street from the hotel entrance, and also very easy to get taxis anywhere you need to go, the staff can order them for you. One...

"We had a lovely time. The 10 pools (8 thermal) were excellent but we were disappointed to find out our 7 and 9yr olds could not go into the thermal pools so were limited to 2 pools and the sea. Not a huge deal and we undersood the rationale but still disappointed. The food at one of the restaurants was surprisingly good (we had breakfast and dinner there all 3 nights). Our room had a great view. And while some areas felt a bit rundown, you're getting what you pay for and you're in Italy!"

"An old hotel. There was weak telephone network coverage in the room. Wifi is needed to connect. The first 2 days without wifi. On the third day it worked sometimes but would disconnect after 5 minutes. It didn't work with 4 different devices. The receptionist replied that his cell phone was working and that he couldn't help me. In 2025, I expect a much better service."
