Museu de la Casa George Clayson

Nice, historic hotel in a central location across from the Chicago Riverwalk and Michigan Ave. It was Labor Day weekend so the hotel was busy, rooftop was always packed and elevators were slow. Housekeeping was fantastic. Only con was the noise level from the street. We were on the -12th floor but the noise level from the street especially at night was too much. They give you ear plugs but they didn’t not work at all. I had to put on sleeping music from YouTube on the TV to drown out the noise.

Good proximity to the river and local sights. Property is a little dated and the driveway is always full of cars. Rooms could use a refresh. Shower is very small.

The pool & jacuzzi was perfect, this hotel is beautiful
