"Lovely clean room. I had arranged previously for my booking to be changed from a double to a twin room, and this had been with no problem at all. The building is fascinating, being 500 years old.
The staff couldn't have been friendlier or more helpful, and the breakfasts were excellent. We stayed there over Christmas, and a particularly thoughtful touch was the Christmas stocking left outside the room door for us!"

"We had a lovely stay at the Royal Oak. Hannah was extremely helpful and was quick to respond when i accidentally deleted the message with the keycode!
The room was extremely comfortable and clean.
We had a superb meal in the pub, and the staff were very friendly.
The room was peaceful and quiet, and we enjoyed the views and a glorious sunset.
Im an early riser, and i spend some time identifying the birds in the location.
Even a chicken popped in to say hello!

"Set in a most beautiful part of the Malverns, this hotel is quaint and full of charm. The food is excellent and all staff are helpful and welcoming. We stayed here whilst visiting the Autumn Show and are planning to stay here again next year. "
