"The hotel room was lovely, comfortable beds. Shower did not have a door and the bathroom door didn't stay closed unless you locked it, awkward for our 8 year old diabetic since we don't allow him to lock the door for safety reasons. The restaurant in the hotel served our son regular pop after specifying twice, not the servers fault but it was a big problem for us that the machine lines were crossed. I'm also not quite sure what the "exclusive VIP" part of getting a room there is because we had...

"This was a budget friendly option to enjoy Daytona Beach. At the end of the day- we’re all enjoying the same beach front regardless of your hotel. The rooms were clean. The pool deck + hot tub was also a nice option! You are in the heart of it all staying at this location too."

"You can see the beach . The kitchen is stocked and the beach is across the street. Cons- wish there were stores close by . "

"Loved the upgrade to a better view, the privacy of the separate bedroom for the parents, and the host of onsite amenities. We took advantage of long walks on the beach, quiet mornings having coffee sitting in one of the two balconies, and having delicious food delivered to our room. We would stay again in a heartbeat, possibly in a room on a higher floor for an even better view."

"This was a very nice place to stay. It could use a little tlc however. Outlets that have iPhone jacks. The bathroom wasn’t really dirty, but it is so old it kind of had that look. Looking beyond all that, it was a great place. Great and friendly staff. I.e the check in gentleman and the man in the bar area."

"Tiki bar closed at 8pm. Also, they aren't affiliated with the condos so bring cash or card with you. Property is a good value for the money. Right on the beach, pool is adequate. Entertainment every afternoon. Rooms are a little dated hit and miss as they are privately owned and some are much better than others. Staff was great! "

"Beautiful property in a very great location. Bach front access . You need a key to enter and exit the main areas which made us feel very safe . Attending staff was very helpful and nice . 10/10 recommend! "

"Upon arrive I loved how small and quaint it was. Check in was super simple and quick. Staff was so friendly.. my kid and I loved our room, the hotel was clean and smelled nice. It was quiet and private. My kid forgot spare contact so we had someone overnight them to us, Jody called us and was so sweet she took them to our room and left them on our bed because we wouldn’t make it back before she left. They were just wonderful. 20/10 recommend this place."

"The reason for low score was due to , I was not informed that a huge group of college graduates would be there the exact dates I was, they overrun the pool , had glass beer bottles in pool . Running up and down hall at 2:30 on and in the pool am . Woke us up . Could not get any sleep. Cussing and yelling. I could go on , but what’s the point!!!"

"There was no hot water. Even after calling and being told to let the water run for 19 mins. I let it run for 30 mins and it never even got warm."

"There was a hole in my room , a hole in the roof of my room they charged me 200 for parking for 3 days, they didn't have a free breakfast like most hotels due , I would never go again and they so far have keep my deposit despite nothing being broken or taken"
