"We stayed at Whitley Coach House to spend a few days in the area before attending a wedding in Frome. Tim and Ginny’s communication was excellent, and they were even kind enough to provide a travel cot last minute as we had ordered one ourselves that we didn’t think would come in time (although it did in the end). The coach house itself was spacious enough for the three of us, with everything one might need for a few days away. "

"Reception staff initially a little frosty as we arrived ahead of check in time because we were going to an event. However once we explained that we didn’t expect our room to be ready and that we just wanted to leave our bags they were much friendlier and then went out of their way to find a room that had already been cleaned so that we could go straight to the room "

"Nice B&B outside of Bath (15-20 minute walk). The parking lot is very small and on a hill which makes it difficult to park. Breakfast was NOT included with our Expedia booking which I was disappointed about because that’s why I booked this place. A continental breakfast was £7.50/person per day and it was VERY basic (no protein at all). You could buy a fuller breakfast for $14/person/day. Staff was very nice and overall it was a nice stay."

"The staff were lovely. The room had some issues. The lighting was poor especially the communal corridor. Couldnt see to insert the door key. No facial tissues. The dressing table was unstable and wobbled. Breakfast was excellent, dinner not so. My main portion was paltry. A discount of £2.40 was offered as compensation, not enough. "I was pleasantly surprised when i arrived at this hotel. Iit overlooked the river Avon, and we could see a little waterfall from our window. The mill wheels was working just outside the dining room window. It would be lovely in the summer. The only downside was the choice for breakfast. However you get what you pay for and as a really cheap hotel it exceeded expectations and when next i go to Bath i will stay there. As a bonus it also has a toll road running into Bath which cost £1.20p cash...
