We had the room only so can’t comment on breakfast but overall it was a smooth process, although there aren’t any staff members anywhere, the directions to get access into the building and room are very clear and they also provide a location to leave your luggage after check out...

"Got a really nice spacious room, small living room and kitchen included!! Air condition for both areas worked great. Breakfast was superb. The bathroom had two issues.
