"What I always have problems with at this hotel is the parking lot, where they are not attentive to open the gate even though there is an audio button, but it is too small so you can't get the car close to the wall. On the other hand, they don't provide water to the guests."

"Great location! Large king bed room. Walkable nice area! Great breakfast!"

"Cool place due to all the character and culture it has but I booked the executive suite that brings the hot tub paid extra to relax and wasn’t even able to use it because my room never had warm water in the shower plus showing up the day of arrival I got to the hotel around 2pm and didn’t get my room until 4:30 when check in was at 3pm and I never saw over 15-20 ppl in the property"

"La ubicación es lo mejor pero no tiene agua caliente y la cama es un poco dura "

"Excelente hotel, maravillosa atención de todo su personal. En especial de Flarklin. Muy amable y servicial. Volvería siempre!"

"As an American tourist I was not supposed to pay taxes bc I had already pay taxes when I bought the ticket. They forced me to pay tax again even though I show them proof I was a tourist. "Comodo, amables y limpio. Gracias!"

"Fue fácil estacionar el auto, la habitación buena y con aire acondicionado y agua caliente, el desayuno suficiente… fui a conocer un poco la ciudad, la Catedral, los monumentos de la ventana y la aleta así como el malecón todo muy cerca, buena comida a los alrededores, volvería sin dudarlo"

"Breakfast was good. Years ago I used to stay at this hotel and it was very nice. The hotel is not what it used to be. It's in need of a lot of updating.."

"Excelente Hotel, El Personal excepcional. Recomiendo ampliamente"

"The staff was helpful except that they can't keep the minimal order to allow you to sleep at night . I have never been in such a noisy place . The building pictures are deceiving, the street was dirty and looked abandoned . Is just a cheap place . I choose it looking for something in the historical center with reasonable time to get to the airport early in the morning . I didn't expect to lose hours of sleep while gaining 15 more minutes on the road ."

"Muy bien"
