The Space:

Casa Azure Estate by Oraklus offers a thoughtfully designed layout, combining the main house and private guest house into one exceptional Malibu retreat—perfect for families and groups seeking both space and privacy.



The main house features 4 beautifully appointed bedrooms, including a luxurious primary suite with a King bed and private ensuite bathroom. Bedrooms 2, 3, and 4 each offer Queen beds, complemented by two additional full bathrooms and one half bathroom. The heart of the home is a fully equipped kitchen with modern appliances, spacious living and dining areas, TVs, sound system, and seamless indoor-outdoor living with stunning ocean views, patio spaces, BBQ grill, and garden areas.



Located just below the main house, the private guest house provides additional comfort and privacy with 1 Queen bedroom, a living room with a pull-out Queen sofa bed, TV, dining area for four, and a convenient kitchenette with a fridge/freezer, portable stove, and microwave—perfect for light meals or extra flexibility during your stay.



Throughout the estate, guests will enjoy air conditioning, heating, WiFi, breathtaking Pacific Ocean views, and thoughtfully curated spaces designed for an unforgettable Malibu getaway.



Guest Access:

Guest will have access to the Main & Guest House. Please note that guests won't have access to the garage.

You're just a short drive from the iconic Malibu beaches, where you can soak up the sun, surf the waves, or simply stroll along the shore. Getting Around:

A car is needed to get around.



Other Things to Note:

NO PARTIES, LOUD MUSIC

MAXIMUM OCCUPANCY MUST BE RESPECTED AT ALL TIMES

ANY PARTIES WILL RESULT IN IMMEDIATE EVICTION



No parties, loud music or gatherings of more than 12 people allowed in the house

No music after 10 PM

No outdoor activities past 10 PM

Smoking is not allowed inside or outside ($250 fine)

$35 charge per towel for any stained/ruined towel

$35 charge per stained pillow cover

$200 charge per stained sheets/duvet cover

$200 charge if the house is left excessively messy and requires additional cleaning



Guests must be transparent and truthful about the questions asked by the house at booking. Any incorrect information provided may result in immediate eviction without refund.

Non compliance with the rules cited above or complaints from neighbors will result in immediate eviction.



Upon check in, please report any damages to avoid being charged. We understand that sometimes accidents happen! Should you break anything please let us know immediately - if it's minor we usually won't charge. If it's a larger issue, we would like to agree on the cost with you before you leave to avoid any issues later. Thank you.
