"Check-in was quick and easy, but unfortunately we found roaches crawling on the table in our first room. We informed the front desk, and the employee handled it professionally by checking the room and quickly moving us to another one. The second room was cleaner and we did not see any bugs, although there were still some maintenance issues like stained sheets and damage to the walls. Overall, the staff was helpful, but the hotel definitely needs better upkeep and pest control."

"Yes, stores close parking good, staff good. The place years ago was top 3 hotels in area. Now not kept up, run down water buckets in halls, very old dirty feel."

"Smooth check-in process. Clean. Many restaurants nearby. Depending on traffic, 15-30 mins away from downtown Cincinnati. Breakfast included is more like breakfast snacks (yogurt, bananas, cereal, coffee)"

"The chairs in the dining area looked worn and ragged. A new pot of coffee took 30 minutes to get refilled. Most of the staff were very nice. We felt everything was clean. The pool room was hot, and the water was cold, not heated. There wasn’t any body wash, only small bars. The room was nice. I guess I expected a bit more from Comfort Inn. I’m not sure I’d stay at that hotel again. Maybe?"

"Breakfast was fresh, popular and there were some choices. Staff was very friendly and late night check in worked well, though I was glad I called ahead and got instructions. Expedia and others need to list that the late night check in procedures are different than regular hours, and that customers SHOULD CALL AHEAD if they plan to check in late."

"This place is so disgustingly unclean and unkept. Its actually surprising they are in Business. Not only was the room so disgusting that is was unable to be slept in but when the staff was confronted about the state of the room, they were rude and denied it. Of course, we tried to get our money back and stay somewhere else but according to policy we would not recieve a refund or even a "I'm sorry". Still, had to lose that noney and go get a different hotel. Sketchy people all over the parking...
