SEPARATE ENTRANCE

The flat GIL is located directly at the Atlantic Ocean.
In the very tastefully, maritime furnished holiday flat there is a bedroom (sea view), a bathroom, a living room with separate dining area and sea view as well as a modern fitted kitchen.

Many lovely details give the flat a special touch. The living room has a sofa bed. This can be booked as additional sleeping accommodation. A cot can also be booked.

From the private roof terrace you have a fantastic sea view and can experience unforgettable sunsets. Sun loungers and parasols are available.
A built-in barbecue corner and water connection complete the terrace.

The flat has attractive furnishings and equipment and includes satellite TV (with flat-screen TV), hi-fi, free Wi-Fi, washing machine and wood-burning stove, so that nothing stands in the way of a long-term stay in winter.

You can use the air conditioning.
WiFi is available.

It is about a five-minute walk to the fine sandy beach of Vale de Centeanes. A supermarket, restaurants, bars and cafés await you in the immediate vicinity.

Carvoeiro Paradise

We chose this location to celebrate our 25th anniversary and highly recommended it. The ocean views from the bedroom and dining room windows were only topped by the 360-degree view from the spacious rooftop deck. Several eating spots, a market and the local beach were all within easy walking distance. The apartment was fabulous, just as pictured! Harald was a very welcoming and helpful host, and was always available on site. An ideal location for a memorable experience!!

Die Betreuung durch Harald war gut und der Ablauf hat einwandfrei geklappt. Die Wohnung ist schon etwas in die Jahre gekommen, aber sauber und gepflegt. Das Bett könnte etwas breiter sein. Die Dachterrasse ist einmalig, beste Aussicht überhaupt.

Excellent holiday week

The house is pleasant with plenty of comfort. Fully equipped with all appliances working perfectly and a barbecue grill for good snacks. The views are breathtaking and we can observe an incredible sunset. Definitely recommend.

Lovely place with an ocean view.

We really felt cozy and comfortable with the place. A huge benefit was a location, just on the cliffs, where you can start your hike along the ocean. As well a roof terrace and friendly property manager Harold, who treated us with fruits from his garden.

Traumausblick!

Wir hatten einen wirklich wunderschönen Auftenhalt in dieser Ferienwohnung. Sie war auf jeden Fall groß genug für uns und gemütlich. Die Wohnung liegt in einer ruhigeren Gegend, Restaurants, ein Spar Markt und Strände sind fußläufig zu erreichen, wir würden aber dennoch für weitere Ausflüge ein Auto empfehlen. Der Ausblick von den Fenster und der Dachterasse war einfach unschlagbar und eigentlich das schönste! Bei der Kommunikation mit Herr Wittmann gab es auch absolut keine Probleme. Wir würden immer wieder kommen :)

Haus auf der Klippe am Meer

Die mediterrane ( mit zum Teil mit etwas in die Jahre gekommenen Gegenständen ) Einrichtung finde ich persönlich entzückend, wer es modern mag oder Luxus erwartet, wählt lieber ein anderes Appartement. Der Ausblick von der Dachterrasse und aus den Fenstern auf den Atlantik ist so schön, dass wir kleinere Mängel gerne in Kauf nahmen. Bei kleineren Problemen wurde uns umgehend geholfen und wir fühlten uns gut betreut.Wir werden gerne wieder kommen und haben unseren Aufenthalt sehr genossen.

Total relaxation

The rental is exactly like the pictures . The terrace view is breathtaking. Loved having our nightly drink as the sun went down. You are walking distance to restaurants and to the beach. Harald was so friendly and accommodating to our every need. It was hard to leave, but , we will be back.

Schöner Urlaub

Ein wirklich schönes Objekt, nur das Bad ist nicht ganz so hübsch. Austattung ist aber sehr einfach, aber ok für einen schönen entspannten Urlaub. Terrassenstühle sind sehr einfach und etwas unbequem. Schade ist, das die Treppe zur wunderschönen Terrasse etwas abenteuerlich von aussen und nicht direkt aus dem Haus nur erreichbar ist., so das man das Frühstück etwas mühsam dorthin tragen muss. Ansonsten haben wir den Aufenthalt sehr genossen und uns sehr durch die Betreuung von Herrn Wittmann wohlgefühlt. Er hat sich auch sofort um Ersatz für die defekte Sonnenliege gekümmert.

Excellent location and spectacular views

The property was one in a block of 4 and the only one not being or had been renovated. Décor was a little tired, but the quirky maritime theme worked well and made up for this. The stairs to the roof terrace would not be suitable for the elderly or the infirm and was potentially dangerous. I have a visual impairment and only just managed them. All the other apartment have had them altered. The building works went on next door for the two weeks we were there.

Sehr schöne Lage mit tollem Blick

Ausgezeichnete Betreuung durch Herrn Wittmann, der jederzeit ansprechbar war. Die Umgebung ist ein Traum und idealer Ausgangspunkt für die Erkundung der Algarve nach Westen und Osten. Zum Ausblick aus der Wohnung und von der Dachterasse ist bereits alles gesagt. Wir kommen gerne wieder!

What a wonderful place! We had a great time!

The apartment was super clean and very pretty. So close to the water and the cliffs. Perfect place for a relaxed vacation. We definitely plan to visit again. Harald, the host, was so accommodating. He responds to any question or need immediately. His pleasant personality is definitely worth mentioning. Thank you Harald!!! We were sad to leave this place and the memories will live in us forever. Great apartment near nice beaches!

If you are looking for a quiet place to stay with a magnificent ocean view and close to some of the most gorgeous beaches in the Algarve, this is certainly a good choice. Restaurants, bares and supermarkets are in walking distance as well. The balcony on the rooftop has a grill (which was highly appreciated) and it’s perfect for sunloungers and relax. The kitchen is well equipped (even has a washing machine) and the apartment well maintained and clean (this apartment has a more maritime style to it, if you are looking for a more modern style, you should check the other apartments from this owner). The owner is attentive and always reachable by phone. We had our 7-month baby with us and were provided with a baby cot. Fresh oranges and lemons from the owners garden were displayed in front of the office for the guests so we had a lovely fresh orange juice every morning! Also a bottle of wine and water were provided on arrival - what a nice touch! Great place to enjoy a nice vacation - I would definitely recommend it!
