"The overall stay was nice. It didn't say in the booking there was a parking daily fee, but understandable due to proximity to the airport and Mall of America. Only true complaint was at check in. When I checked in they were in between "shift change" the guy made us wait awkwardly as his boss stood behind him. Then when we were checked in the guy kept fumbling on every step. Repeatedly asked the same questions, didn't explain the parking. Took the make and model of my car. Didn't give me any...

"I am so late with this review but better late than never lol. My family and I stayed during Mother's Day weekend and we absolutely had a ball. I want to say a special Thank you to Bianca and Hilary they made our family feel so welcomed and we will be returning. Thanks Everyone"

"We love this location right in front of the trails to walk, but the staff at the front desk are not always warm and friendly. This is our 2nd time staying here. I loved the shuttle to the MOA and the driver was so courteous and friendly!"

"Overall the room was fine. The bathroom looked a bit old and outdated but fine. The room temp did not go below 70 which was too hot for us but the front desk brought us a fan when we asked for one so that was great. The front desk was very helpful and quick at check in. It's also a 3 minute drive to the MOA so that was neat. Would stay again."

This stay completely ruined the start of my vacation because I’m absolutely exhausted from not being able to sleep. The worst part is that they charge you to park there!!! Stay clear. Pick the next hotel!"

"The customer service was great. The lobby was clean and welcoming. The room was so clean I could not find one thing out of place. There was no carpet which was even more amazing. The beds were comfortable, the bathroom was stocked. We did not hear anything above or below us. The breakfast was pretty good, a lot to choose from."

"They had everything I needed for my stay. - Breakfast was better than average. The menu was limited, but the food was good. - Free parking and electric charging station( I drive a Tesla Y). - It was nice to dip into the indoor swimming pool and relax in the whirlpool after finishing your task for the day."

"The room was decent. They did some upgrades to make it look nicer. The check in guy the day we came was nice but the guy we called to get a shuttle back from the airport was extremely rude and unhelpful and hung up on us. They do NOT have a hot tub or pool. Pictures showed a hot tub there isn’t one. Cops were there when we arrived as well as someone sleeping outside across on the lawn so probably not a safe place to be a single woman or bring kids to."

"The breakfast was terrible—3 apples all with rotting spots, one hardboiled egg in the bowl. About a dozen mini-mini muffins, toaster working on only one side. Dry cereal almost gone. This was all st 7:00! Area surrounding elevator needed repair, Bathroom sink had a huge crack in the surface. “Kitchen” cabinets horrible inside. Microwave needs replacing. Deck needs maintenance/rail painting."
