Check-in begins strictly at 4:00 PM (early check-in is unavailable). All communication and arrival coordination will take place directly through the platform chat. On the day of your arrival, you’ll receive a secure digital access code for the smart lock. The building’s 24-hour front desk staff will also be available on-site to ensure a seamless and hassle-free arrival experience.
