The perfect location in the Marbella neighborhood, close to everything the city offers but in a quiet and safe residential area. Seven minutes from the famous Walled City, ten minutes from the airport and one block from the beach.

Enjoy your stay in Cartagena to the fullest while spending time in this new duplex apartment, 3 bedrooms with stunning views of the ocean, the Ciénaga and the Clock Tower of the old city. The perfect location in the Marbella neighborhood, close to everything the city offers but in a quiet and safe residential area. This is a new building and offers 24-hour reception, a covered parking lot, gym, 3 swimming pools, sauna, Turkish and children's play area. The condo was intentionally furnished and decorated for those who enjoy and appreciate a modern and sophisticated environment. It has 3 large bedrooms, each with its own bathroom, closet, hair dryer, air conditioning and TV. On the main level, you will enjoy a fully equipped kitchen for all your needs and gatherings. Additionally, it has Wifi, cable TV, washer-dryer, iron, towels, beach towels, coffee and water for your comfort. The living/dining room area is a great space for entertaining while enjoying the great views of Cartagena. You will find one of the bedrooms on the main floor with a queen bed and a balcony, two additional bedrooms on the second floor, one with a queen bed and the second with 2 twin beds and a trundle bed to sleep a total of seven people comfortably.
