"Bar Staff need training on how to make cocktails. The bar tender that served me didn't know what a Widow Maker was, even though it is on the menu, and had to Google how to make it. This is a very poor reflection of management, who clearly don't focus on staff training"

"This hotel is presented nicely and in a very convenient location. The major problem was the rooms are very noisy and have entry foyers for say an A and B suite. This meant that you heard doors banging closed all night. If you are a light sleeper this is not the hotel for you. Worst sleep experience ..."
