'Sea Palms' - Luxury 5 Bedroom Beachfront Home

Lovely home built in 2002 on quiet street. Wide sandy-white beach great for long walks and sandcastle building. Great fishing in front of house. Five deep-well marinas, great restaurants, and a small town for shopping are within two miles.

Fall of 2020 we put in a new main bathroom, and refinished the hardwood floors. Also updated all hardware and remodeled the hall bath.

November 2021 saw a kitchen remodel with quartz counters and new appliances. Also completed the upstairs bathroom and put in new carpet.

This home has been well stocked for gourmet cooking. Easily accommodates a large crowd. The ten-foot by 32-foot, screened porch is ideal for breakfast, or reading a good book. Five TVs, with WIFI and streaming add to your entertainment. An upstairs bedroom is also a TV room for the children.

Visit nearby Apalachicola to see historic homes, museums, shops, and great restaurants. St. James Bay, A beautiful new golf Course is five miles away in Lanark.

Beatiful home! Every detail needed. The kitchen had everything we needed for cooking our local seafood meals. We loved the layout of the house and the endless views! Very tasteful decor too. We loved the Screen porch in the morning and beach all day. Loved it!

Great house to stay in! It had everything we needed and was centrally located to all the places we wanted to visit. We saw dolphins, sharks, stingrays, and caught a variety of fish while fishing. The screened in porch was great, but my mom and I enjoyed sitting under the house the best. There's a porch swing and chairs. The breeze would blow through there and cool us off when it was too hot to sit on the porch.Beth was great communicating with us! Would definitely stay here again!

Dolphin. They were swimming all the way up to the beach chasing fish!

Beautiful Home and Beach

This house was so perfect! It was so clean and decorated so well. The kitchen had everything we needed for the week to cook our meals. The access to the beach was so convenient. The beach was gorgeous! I would recommend this house to anyone with young children or older adults. The water is very calm and perfect for those that cannot handle waves. Our teens enjoyed fishing and just hanging out on the water.

Quite & Relaxing

Great location peaceful and quiet really enjoyed our stay and our two grandchildren were never bored. We left our canopy and beach chairs on the beach no one bothered them, we did however lose the canopy to the ocean when the wind came up 😂. We would definitely put this location again.

Great laid back beach place

Great house on the forgotten coast! The floor plan worked well for our multi-generational family of 6 adults and 6 kids under age of 6. The house and beach are nice. Very laid back area and uncrowded beach. The view from the house to the bay is beautiful. Lots of aquatic life. Great fishing in and around Carrabelle too. Sandy beach was perfect for our little grandkids to splash around in the calm surf and build sand castles. The calm bay also meant we were able to beach our boat and give the kids boat rides from the beach. Since we had all the little kids, we didn't go out for meals. Millender & Sons seafood market in Carrabelle was convenient, so we cooked and ate a lot of fresh seafood at home. Would definitely recommend Sea Palms if you're looking for a laid back spot. We would rent again in the future.

A spectacular home a bit off the beaten path

If you are looking for a populated city with shopping options this isn’t your property. If you are looking for a beautiful home on a remote beach this is for you! The house was so wonderfully decorated and very spacious! The kitchen and laundry area were a vacationers dream! The beach was beautiful with only a few other vacationers within sight. The house is literally right on the beach with a short boardwalk and sandy path to reach the sand. You can see the beautiful ocean from inside the house. The wildlife is very prevalent in this area. We saw tons of sting rays, dolphins, and hermit crabs. We weren’t able to find many restaurants near the property. We did find a little hidden gem the last day at the mornin bite though!

Perfect for two families of four

Nice, clean house in great location

This house is perfect for those wanting easy access to the Carrabelle Beach, yet away from any crowds that might gather near the public access points. It is also close to hiking trails in Tate's Hell State Forrest, and Apalachicola and St. George Island. The house itself is quite large, with a great kitchen and Master bedrooms upstairs and down. It is clean and well equipped. I have absolutely no negatives to report, and would like to stay here again in the future.

Lovely Place to Stay

Beautiful house on the water, works for a family with grown children and their partners, easily sleeping three couples+. Fully functional beautiful up to date kitchen, fun to prep meals here as a family. Constantly being upgraded, this was our 6th stay here, we have loved it each and every time.

Family Beach Time

Our multi-generational family had a wonderful stay in Seapalms with plenty of beach time and fantastic views. Close by St George Island and Apalachicola provided adventures, shopping, good food and drink. The property was large, clean and exactly as advertised! The beach is very private with great sunrises/sunsets and lots of marine life.
