This 4 story condo in a river front community is ideally located making it the perfect family getaway. Magnificent, unobstructed pool and hot tub views with easy river/ocean access just seconds away! Beautifully decorated, everything included, with your comfort in mind. Large enclosed porch with plenty of seating for enjoying a book, T.V. show or sports event! Great area for friends and family. Public boat ramp is adjacent to property, making it easy to launch your boat for the 15 minute ride to both Dog and St. George Islands. Private boat parking is available on property as well. This is truly one of the best values on Timber Island!

June Stay

This is the second year we've stayed at this lovely unit. Once again, it was very clean and the bed is comfortable. It has a view of the hot tub and pool. We've already booked again for next year.

The place was nice. It was a little dated, the furniture and accessories, but okay. It could use a thorough cleaning, and modest upgrade, but it's still okay. Some of the electronics didn't work, i.e. hair dryer, bedroom lamp, keurig coffee maker. We left a day early when a storm hit the area. Not the best lodging we ever rented, and not the worst either. I did not like making the initial reservation with Expedia, then having it turned over to VRBO. Not a fan of VRBO.

Dream place for us

We had a great stay and loved the property. Would have loved a pot or two but we made do with what we had. This is our second time staying at this property and first at this place. Will definitely book again.

Great space

Overall it was enjoyable. Exceptions: 1. to many accessories getting in the way. no room on tables. just too much clutter. Simplify!!! will improve everyones impression. Candles are a liability and should be limited, not on every surface and even on an ottoman???. 2. If you advertise soap and shampoo, make sure you have it. I have never been in a VRBO and not provided. I had to go buy both. 3. do not take it for granted people will know how to work the TV's. Instructions are needed. People do not know why signals are week and no signal. Or people do not want to spend all of their time learning channels.

Very nice place to stay

We really liked the condo. The location is perfect for fishing since there’s a public ramp right next to it. It’s also good for any stay, the decorations and furniture are great, kitchen is well stocked. We enjoyed hanging out at the pool and hot tub. The new owners of the restaurant and marina (which are on the same property) are working on remodeling and i think they will be open soon. There is a dock available to rent for your boat, from those same marina owners.

Wonderful place and location

My family and I truly loved staying here. You could not beat the location. The townhouse had everything we needed and my kids loved having access to the pool. We are already planning our trip back next year!

Awesome property

The place is amazing! We loved the bedroom “oasis” on the top floor. Definitely a little piece of heaven. The bathrooms were unique and very functional. We had everything we needed and really appreciated the blue tooth speaker as we had forgotten to bring ours with us. It was our first time to the area and Carrabelle provided a great central location from which to see the entire “forgotten coast”.

A great little place!

We loved the location. We brought our boat and it takes 30 seconds to walk to the boat ramp. The kids loved the pool and hot tube. It was nice bc i could cook dinner and look out the door and see them swimming. Very peaceful!

Family Getaway

Pictures do not do this place justice! We went as a family of 5 (3 kiddos under the age of 7) and it was perfect for us!! The multilevel units allow everyone to have their own privacy (mainly us parents 😜). It was right by the pool/hot tub, so that was easy! It is a 5 minute drive from the nearest Carabelle public beach and there was barely anyone on and about a 20 minute drive to St. George Island! Check out the Korean restaurant down the road for some good waffle ice cream and dinner! The owner was super easy to get in touch with and so kind!! We will definitely be back for family and just mom/dad trips in the future!! Thank you, Robin!!
