A security deposit of €500 is required. 100% of the rent is due If the reservation is made less than one month before the start of the stay, a 30% deposit is required; if the reservation is made more than one month in advance, the deposit is refundable and the reservation can be canceled up to 31 days before the start of the stay. As you’ll notice from my accent, I’m originally from Spain, from the city of Gijón on the Atlantic coast, about 200 kilometers from Bilbao. My name is Juan. After several years in Ibiza and then in Alsace working in luxury tourism and the nightlife scene, I settled in Provence five years ago and now offer comfortable vacation rentals in an idyllic, lush setting.
