On the ground floor, the entrance is into a spacious living room with an elegant and bright character, with seating areas, modern open-plan kitchen with central island and built-in wooden table.
A hallway leads to the ground floor sleeping area, consisting of 1 master bedroom suite, 1 twin bedroom with single beds, 1 full bathroom with double sinks and 1 half bathroom with toilet and washbasin. There is, finally, the laundry room equipped with a washer and dryer.
Upstairs there are 3 double bedrooms, elegant, cozy, each with en suite shower room and direct access to the large panoramic terrace from which you can enjoy magnificent sea views: perfect for outdoor breakfasts and unforgettable sunsets.

The villa is located in the countryside, just a few kilometers from the sea, the beaches of the Adriatic coast and the WWF Nature Reserve of Torre Guaceto.
The center of Carovigno offers all the main services. It is also worth visiting the nearby town of Ostuni, with its charming old town located on a hillock, with its whitewashed houses that have earned it the name "White City."

- After reservation, you can fix check-in (from 4pm to 8pm) and check-out (from 7.30 am to 10am). An extra payment of euro 50 is required for late check-in upon request (from 8pm to 12am).
- Upon your arrival you will be required to sign the tourism contract written in Italian language.
- The tourist tax, WHERE APPLICABLE,is not included in the price and will be applied according to the municipal regulations.
- First Bed linen/towels kit included in total price.
- Pool available from May to October.
- Extra cleaning fee for pets euro 80 to pay upon arrival.
- It is MANDATORY to sort and dispose the waste. If not, it will be withheld penalty fee of 80 euro for up to 10 kg of waste + 50 euro for each additional kg.
- It is MANDATORY to leave the stove and cutlery clean (service not included in the price of final cleaning). If not, it will be withheld a penalty fee of 40 euro.
