Very neat terraced house by the sea, ideal for families and couples in a quiet location

The apartment Sabina enjoys a peaceful location on the outskirts of the coastal town of Torre Santa Sabina. The sea and the gently sloping beaches are around the corner and within walking distance (about 200 meters). Even otherwise you can leave the car at calms carpark - the late summer to spring from busy place offers in every respect everything you need to make in here to relax in the coastal town and to get to know Apulia of the culinary side. Due to its central location in Salento and good access via the highway, the holiday home Santa Sabina is an ideal starting point to discover the tourist highlights of Apulia!

The fenced property with private parking offers plenty of space on two levels. The shady veranda at noon takes you to the spacious living - dining area. The kitchen is technically fully equipped and also has a dishwasher. The comfortable sitting area with satellite TV and Wifi invites you to relax. Further down the ground floor is a bathroom with a washing machine and a storage room. Here is additional equipment such as barbecue, sunbeds, umbrellas and other always ready to store.

A staircase leads to the upper living level with two tastefully decorated bedrooms. Air conditioners ample storage space or the sun terrace provide further comfort. Also on this level is another bathroom with shower.

Through the sun terrace, the veranda and the yard, this holiday home offers plenty of outdoor space and places where you can comfortably spend your time indoors and outdoors. The sea is around the corner!

The apartment is fully equipped and can accommodate up to 6 guests. In addition to additional single beds for the bedroom and the sofa bed can be used as an additional bed.

The bustling in the summer core of the former fishing village of Torre Santa Sabina can be reached in just under 8 minutes on foot. Numerous shopping facilities for local products, bars, ice cream parlors and local restaurants line the street here and invite you to take a stroll in the evening at the former, small harbor.

Other seaside resorts in the immediate vicinity are Pantanagianni, Specchiolla, as well as Serranova or Torre Pozelle. From your holiday home in Torre Santa Sabina you can easily reach many tourist destinations in Puglia. For erstwhile itself offers to near Ostuni. An evening stroll in the streets of the "Citta biancha" will remain to you unforgettable. In addition to Alberobello (Trulli) or Lecce which is known for its Baroque architecture as the Florence of the south, a trip to Matera (cave city) or a tour along the coastal road with stop in Otranto offers. Here you can enjoy spectacular views of the steep coastline.

Good location

Generally the property was good. Excellent location for beach and visiting nearby towns. The bed was very comfortable and a good size. Washing machine a bit difficult to use and electric connection dodgy. Kitchen well equipped. Both shower rooms a little tired.

Perfect stay for beach holiday

The house is a wonderful stay for a typical beach holiday. In 5-10 minutes walk you have two beaches with sand where you can go, ideal for children. It is also 5-10 minutes walking to the centre of Torre Santa Sabina with a lot of restaurants and bars, and some (small) supermarkets. You can park your car on the property, and it’s very easy to visit villages like Ostuni and Ceglie Messapica. Also city’s like Bari and Lecce are easy to visit by car. The house has everything you need, with a small dishwasher, washingmachine and airco on the bedrooms. Also there are two bathrooms. The owner and his uncle Giuseppe are very easy in contact. Also Tobias was very flexible, we wanted to stay a few days longer and it was possible. Thank you for our stay and we can recommend this house for a beautiful holiday.

Entspannung am Meer

Wir hatten zu fünft eine sehr schöne Woche im Haus von Giuseppe. Es war alles sehr sauber und Giuseppe und sein deutschsprachiger Neffe waren sehr hilfsbereit. Das schon etwas ältere Haus ist sympathisch, sonnig und hell, was gerade im Oktober ein Vorteil ist. Die Küche ist zwar gut eingerichtet, aber recht eng, wenn mehrere Personen gleichzeitig kochen möchten. Es gibt auch wenig Arbeitsflächen. Sonst hatten wir genügend Platz, den Tisch konnte man ausziehen für fünf Personen und wir haben mit unseren Kindern den Umschwung und die Terrassen sehr genossen. Im Oktober ist Torre Santa Sabina sehr ruhig und man kann nicht mehr so gut einkaufen. Dafür freuen sich die Restaurantbesitzer umso mehr über die wenigen Gäste und es ist ein sehr freundliches Klima im Städtchen. Die Strände, die alle sehr nahe vom Haus liegen sind wirklich sehr schön! Wir würden das Haus weiterempfehlen. Danke für alles!

The property about 15 minutes walk from the sea and nothing like as close as suggested in the details. The house is in serious need of a makeover. Unfortunately it was very cold when we were there in mid October with strong winds bringing the daytime high down to only about 12º. The agent brouht us a heater, which helped, but could not overcome the gaps in the windows and rattling of doors and shutters. Despite the lusting promising 'no hidden charges' we were surprised to learn a couple of days before we arrived that we would be liable for guest tax and energy charges. Admittedly the owner offered to allow us to cancel free of charge and in retrospect we wish we'd taken up that offer. In the event we were charged 60 euros extra. We have stayed in some very nice places in Italy and through VRBO. This was not one of them.

Schöne gelegenes Haus nahe Strand

Wir hatten wunderschöne Tage im Haus. Herzlicher Empfang und Verabschiedung durch die Deutschsprachige Vermieter. Strand in 5min zu Fuß erreichbar. Im Ort 10min wunderbare Fisch- und Steakrestaurants. Parkplatz direkt am Haus - Küche klein aber ausreichend, Terasse mit tollem Abendlicht. Der Vermieter ist Olivenbauer und Quelle für super Olivenöl. Einziges Manko:Wenn es sehr heiß ist und man nachts die Fenster offen lässt, hört man morgens die Autobahn, ist aber verkraftbar. Danke für die nette Verabschiedung! Gerne mal wieder.

Très bon séjour dans cette location, Tobias le propriétaire est très réactif, nous avons demandé un ventilateur supplémentaire en plus de la climatisation et nous l’avons eu dans les heures qui ont suivi.

Puglia 2020

La casa che ci ha accolti tra il 22 Agosto e il 5 Settembre 2020 corrisponde alla descrizione: molto ben pulita e fornita di tutto il necessario. Letti comodi, stoviglie sufficienti e vasellame in abbondanza. In paese si trovano ottime panetterie, ristoranti di diverso livello ma per le spese grandi meglio rivolgersi ai supermercati di Carovigno od Ostuni. La casa dista dalla spiaggia di S.Sabina (bandiera blu) 10 minuti ed è anche un ottimo punto di partenza per raggiungere le più rinomate mete turistiche della zona come Alberobello, Le grotte di Castellana o la bianca Ostuni che si può ammirare anche dal terrazzo. Suggeriamo anche la visita alla riserva naturale di Torre Guaceto, prenotabile tramite app. Un grazie particolare al Sig.Giuseppe che da subito ci ha fatto sentire il calore dell'accoglienza pugliese. Vivamente consigliato. Speriamo a presto.

Während des gesamten Aufenthalts wurden wir durch die Gastgeber hervorragend betreut, inklusive vieler Tipps und freundlicher Hilfestellungen. Das Haus bot viel Platz für unsere vierköpfige Familie, es ist modern eingerichtet und liegt 3 Minuten Fußweg von einem sehr schönen Sandstrand entfernt. Der Standort ist ein ideal als Ausgangspunkt für die vielen Attraktionen im schönen Apulien. Auch in der ruhigen Nachsaison gab es im Ort noch geöffnete Cafes und Restaurants. Jederzeit wieder! Herzlichen Dank!

Spending time at Torre Santa Sabina was a perfect ending to our wonderful Italy trip. Quiet and yet walking distance to bars and restaurants and friendly hosts, Giuseppe, Andreas and Tobias made us all feel welcome like spending time at our home. Saturday local market is a must see. Ein Ferienhaus was auf den Bildern mehr verspricht, als es in Wirklichkeit ist. Eine Sonnenterasse die man nicht nutzen kann, da weder Sonnenliegen oder Stühle vorhanden sind. In der Abstellkammer befinden sich defekte Sonnenliegen und auch Sonnenschirme. Die Waschmaschine ist total angerostet und bei der Übergabe konnte uns nicht gezeigt werden, wie sie funktioniert, da keine Funktionsbilder mehr sichtbar waren.Die Matratzen in dem Schlafzimmer mit den Einzelbetten waren sehr durchgelegen. Außerdem konnte man in keinem der beiden Schlafzimmer die Nachttischlampen benutzen, da keine Steckdosen vorhanden waren. Der Kleiderschrank war so defekt, das man die Schubläden nicht benutzen konnte, da die seitliche Führung ausgerissen war. Fazit für uns ist, Apulien wunderschön und jederzeit wieder, aber nicht mehr in diesem Ferienobjekt.

The place was cold due to the cold outside .

The property was nice had it been warmer outside. In cold weather the unit is cold and difficult to heat.As electric charges are very high and charged to us so the rental became quite expensive. . Just to let you know.

Typisches Ferienhaus

Das Ferienhaus ist gemütlich an ruhiger Lage. Das Haus war sauber und das Wlan hat gut funktioniert. Zum Strand und auch ins Dorf sind es nur ca. 8 Minuten. Die Terrasse im ersten Stock wäre sehr gross und schön, jedoch hat es keine Sitzmöglichkeiten/Tisch/Sonnenschirm, deshalb leider nicht richtig nutzbar. Der Sitzplatz beim Eingang ist jedoch okay. Die Küche ist sehr schmal und es hat etwas wenig Gläser und Besteck. Der Vermieter war sehr nett, doch er hat versucht, zusätzliches Geld fürs WLan einzufordern.

Bon emplacement belle région

La maison est propre à proximité de la mer. Il serait bien d'avoir la climatisation dans la maison entièrement et pas seulement dans les chambres car i faisait très chaud. Le prix de la climatisation en plus est excessivement cher L'électroménager (lave vaisselle et lave linge) est à revoir trop vieux. Les paumes de douche devraient être remplacées. Le vélo qui était à notre disposition était inutilisable rouillé un vélo pour 5 ! Bon accueil de Mr Triarico.

schönes Haus in Strandnähe

Wir hatten eine sehr schöne Woche in dem gut ausgestatteten Haus. Der schöne Strand mit glasklarem Wasser liegt 5 Minuten zu Fuß entfernt, es gibt aber noch viele schöne Strände in der näheren Umgebung. Torre Sabina ist ein netter, kleiner Ferienort, in dem vorwiegend Italiener Urlaub machen, und wo man alles für den täglichen Bedarf bekommt. Besonders hervorzuheben ist die Freundlichkeit und Hilfsbereitschaft des Inhabers und seiner deutschsprachigen Schwägerin, die uns nicht nur in Belangen des Hauses, sondern auch allgemein stets ihre Hilfe anboten. Wir haben uns sehr wohl umsorgt gefühlt. Auch die KLimaanlage in den Schlafräumen wussten wir bei den warmen Temperaturen sehr zu schätzen. Jederzeit wieder sehr gerne!!!

Señor Tobías, ponga un poco de cariño en los detalles

La casa es tal como se ve en las fotos. Lo mejor de todo fue Giusepe que nos atendió muy bien. Hacía frío por la noche y nos trajo una estufa gratuitamente. Gracias, no esperábamos menos. La casa necesita un poco de cariño en los detalles como toallas nuevas, tazas grandes para desayuno, cuchillos de cocina que corten. Y ya que se paga La Luz aparte sería bueno que hubiese suficiente potencia para poner el horno. Lo dicho, le falta cariño en los detalles que son los que hacen la estancia agradable.

Jederzeit gerne wieder

Die privaten Vermieter sind bei jeglicher Frage bzgl. Ort und Ausflugsziele sehr hilfsbereit und freundlich und kümmern sich gut um das Haus, in dem alles picobello ist. Die Deutsche Verwandtschaft hillft gerne beim Übersetzen, wenn es komplizierter wird. Wir verbrachten eine schöne Zeit und genossen den nahen Sandstrand und das saubere Meer.

Haus wunderbar in Ordnung. Vermieter sehr freundlich und bemüht. Idealer Ausgangspunkt für Touren in das Hinterland. Wunderschöne Strandbar (T.BEACH) am - sehr gut besuchten -"Hausstrand".

Hatten eine tolle Zeit

Die schöne Lage des Ferienhauses direkt am Meer hat uns sehr gefallen da der Strand nur ein paar Schritte entfernt liegt. Durch die gute Lage und Anbindung konnten wir zudem viele Sehenswürdigkeiten in Apulien gut erkunden. Das Ferienhaus war sehr gepflegt und die Vermieter sehr nett! Wie freuen uns darauf wieder zu kommen. Vielen Dank nochmal für die erholsame Zeit in Torre Santa Sabina.
