▪️ There are no surveillance or recording devices located on the property.
▪️ Dogs are welcome with a $75 fee per dog. Maximum of 2 dogs allowed, with a 10 lb weight limit per dog. No breed restrictions apply. Guests are responsible for any pet-related damages.
▪️ The property currently uses a Teeho keypad lock for guest access. Guests will receive their unique access code prior to arrival.
▪️ We offer options for early check-in and late check-out, subject to availability and additional fees.
▪️ Mid-stay cleaning and other concierge services may be available upon request for an additional fee.
▪️ This home is part of a duplex property. While all interior living spaces are completely private, some exterior areas may be shared with guests staying in the neighboring unit.
▪️ Guests will enjoy private access to their own balcony and outdoor shower.
▪️ The property is located just blocks from the beach and steps from the Island Greenway, making it easy to enjoy Carolina Beach's outdoor recreation, dining, and coastal attractions.

▪️ Unregistered guests are not allowed.
▪️ Dogs are welcome but must be registered and reported to the host prior to arrival. A maximum of 2 dogs is allowed, with a weight limit of 10 lbs per dog. A $75 pet fee per dog applies. There are no breed restrictions. Guests are responsible for any damages or additional cleaning required due to pets.

▪️ No parties, events, or large gatherings allowed.
▪️ Please observe quiet hours from 9:00 PM to 8:00 AM.
▪️ Respect the neighbors. Do not park on neighboring properties or cause disturbances.
▪️ Respect the home and its furnishings. Please avoid damage and maintain cleanliness throughout your stay.
▪️ Do not flush anything other than toilet paper down the toilets to avoid plumbing issues.
▪️ Follow all check-in and check-out instructions. Guests may be held responsible for issues resulting from failure to follow these instructions.
▪️ Please adhere to the standard check-in and check-out times. Early check-in and late check-out requests are subject to host approval and availability.
