The fully-equipped kitchen features sleek countertops, modern appliances, and a breakfast bar, ideal for preparing delicious meals. With its stylish table and chairs, the dining area is perfect for enjoying family dinners or entertaining guests.

Guest Access:

The code for the smart lock on the front door will be emailed to you 2 days before check-in.



Note:

- There is a community BBQ grill area just outside our building. (Between our building and the pool)

- There are a couple of picnic tables and a BBQ grill. It's first-come, first-served on using it.

Getting Around:

Here are the approximate distances from Sea The World in Carolina Beach to the following locations:



Kure Beach: About 4 miles (10-minute drive) south.

Downtown Wilmington: About 16 miles (25-30 minute drive) north.

Wrightsville Beach: About 20 miles (35-40 minute drive) north.

Wilmington International Airport (ILM): About 19 miles (30-40 minute drive) north.



Other Things to Note:

1. There is no smoking inside the house at any time;

2. The home should be locked whenever guests leave the property;

3. Quiet hours are from 9 pm to 8 am (Please be respectful of our neighbors);

4. No pets are allowed;

5. Please report maintenance issues and damages immediately;

6. Kindly be advised we have a 7-night minimum stay for this property as per HOA rules;

7. No parties or events;

8. Enjoy your stay.
