  • A Shore Thing es un condominio de primer nivel con vista y un elevador. Frente al mar, 2 dormitorios, 2 baños, condominio de primer nivel en el edificio del ascensor en la codiciada comunidad de Sea Colony. Estacionamiento privado asignado para 2 vehículos, armario de almacenaje en estacionamiento techado para equipo de playa y una manguera para enjuagar esos pies bañados en arena. La suite principal incluye una cama queen, vestidor, televisión de pantalla plana y baño privado. Dormitorio # 2 alberga dos camas individuales y está adyacente al baño de la sala. La sala de estar se encuentra en el lado frente al mar del condominio y permite que el sol se filtre a través del deslizador triple. Las vistas al mar son increíbles! La cocina está totalmente equipada para su estancia en la playa. El comedor tiene capacidad para 6 y tenemos asientos al aire libre en el balcón frente al mar! El salón tiene un sofá cama doble y un televisor de pantalla plana. Wi-Fi está incluido en su condominio. El complejo cuenta con varias parrillas de carbón para su uso, con una ubicada convenientemente en el área de césped fuera de su edificio. La piscina está a pocos pasos y es su propio oasis privado. El acceso a la playa es solo para propietarios e invitados y lo convierte en una experiencia de playa más privada.

Paradise and a Tiki Bar

Our family loved the gorgeous ocean view and the 2 minute walk to Ocean Grille and Tiki Bar for delicious fresh seafood and adult beverages. Great Vacay all around!

Perfect Getaway

This is the second year my mother in law and I have stayed in this condo for a girl's trip and we have loved it both times. Beautiful view, perfect balcony to relax on, shirt walk to the tiki bar. Would absolutely stay here again!

Very clean. Simple, no frills, and real basic. Would be nice to have a larger tv screen for living room and a recliner chair. Well air conditioned. Liked shower nozzles. Nicely decorated. Great private pool. Great view onto ocean.

It was a great stay and a great condo! Only a few things I'd call out: The laundry room door would not stay closed which was in the walkway to the living room. I had to lean the step ladder against it to keep it closed. The main bedroom has no shades so it's very bright at 6am. Lastly, one of the twin beds was very squeaky and squeaked with every move. Other than that, the place was great!

Easy and relaxing

We had a great time! Easy beach access, condo was very clean and great beach view. Close by o Carolina beach, but far enough to not be in the busy feeling areas. Would absolutely recommend!

Shore Thing was Wonderful

Excellent cobdo, very clean, perfect location to restaurants and walking distance to Pier and Tiki bar. Love that you can hang out on the beach and just walk up to Tiki bar for lunch without having to drive or leave the beach area.

The management team was very good. Some items in the unit could be addressed. The blinds in the master bathroom do not close completely so the bright outside light shines in.

Great time

We enjoyed our vaca very much...although getting to the beach was somewhat a chore..the walkway was down at the end of the walkway. We could leave our chairs and stuff on the beach all day and kept an eye on them from our balcony..condo was clean and equipped with most of what we needed

Disappointed that have to walk far to the beach. Only one access. Had knee replacement and was a bit too much. The twin beds were not come at all. Rolled toward the middle. Overall a good stay.

The condo was in a great location, easy access. However it needs updated. There was a “wet dog” smell in the condo, the screen slider was difficult to open and close, a missing folding door to the laundry closet which cause the other folding door to not close and kept opening in the kitchen. The neighboring condo(s) smoked outside on their deck so it was annoying to have to breathe it.

Great location, awesome amenities, and very clean!

Everything was pretty on point with this condo - location was perfect, very clean interior, lots of great amenities (the pool and downstairs storage area were clutch). The only slight critique I would give is that the master bed is definitely not a king, as it’s advertised. Truthfully, I don’t even think it’s a queen, it felt more like a full. Other than that, we really enjoyed the space! Perfect for families with small kids.

Great stay

This was our first time to Carolina beach and we were not disappointed. The rental was excellent. Very clean and plenty of room for a family of 5. Check in and out was a breeze and we had zero issues with the property. We loved how everything was so close to our room. We were able to get to our car, pool, and beach within a matter of minutes. We can’t wait to plan our next trip here! 100% recommend this property.
