  • Propiedad con vista al mar y alquiler en el primer piso. Duerme 6, (dos camas Q, literas gemelas). Usted tiene la opción de dos piscinas y acceso a playa privada. Gran vista de la piscina y el océano desde la sala de estar, que incluye un gran televisor de pantalla plana. El comedor y la cocina están totalmente equipados con todas las comodidades del hogar, como lavavajillas, microondas, cafetera, licuadora, batidora de mano y muchos platos, cubiertos, ollas, sartenes y utensilios.

    El dormitorio principal tiene una cama queen, TV de pantalla plana y baño privado con ducha grande de azulejos. Mucho espacio en el armario también. El segundo dormitorio tiene una cama queen y literas gemelas, otro gran armario y un sistema estéreo. El segundo baño tiene bañera / ducha y espacio de almacenamiento para su ropa de cama. Lavadora y secadora en el armario del pasillo, junto con un fregadero, plancha, tabla de planchar y otros suministros.

    Estacionamiento para dos vehículos. A / C, Internet de alta velocidad / Wi-Fi, TV por cable, rayos azules y reproductores de DVD, todas las comodidades del hogar. Un armario de almacenamiento con sillas de playa, sombrillas, tablas de surf y juguetes de arena para su uso. Ubicado a una corta distancia a pie de toda la acción del paseo marítimo, tiendas y comida, cerca del lago y, sin embargo, en una tranquila comunidad de vacaciones orientada a la familia.

    Disfruta de la vista al mar desde la terraza, donde siempre son las 5 en punto.

The management company was very helpful and responsive. The beds were comfortable, however we had to request additional sheets to cover the living room furniture. Your arms stuck to the armrests and there were stains all over the couch. The amenities were great, pool was clean and well cared for and the walk to the beach was easy and short.Beautiful beach!

Very clean, well appointed stay

Very clean, perfect location, lovely condo right on the beach. This is one of the nicest, cleanest condos we have stayed in and we will be back!

We have stayed at the Sand pebbles area the last several years just different units. We loved being out to look straight out and see the ocean and we had everything we needed in the unit.

The unit was great. The pools were clean. Parking was terrible. My husband forgot to put the parking pass on the mirror and cost 250 to get it out of towing even after proof of pass shown. Fernando "the Bull" was helpful from towing but the owner was hateful. They had bent the front fender and left a scratch towing it and had unhooked something to tow it, and they had to meet us to fix it because it would not come out of reverse after we left the lot. There were others that came in and had nowhere to park.

Family vacation

Comfortable for a family of 5. Two minor issues, we could not get the tv in the living room to connect to cable tv and the shower doors in the master were dirty. Overall we would stay again.

The front door was impossible to open - we would have to try 5 or more times to get it to unlock due to some issue with the way the lock on the door lines up (this was my biggest disappointment of the trip). Beds were uncomfortable and we woke up stiff. The dishes were dirty and there was sand everywhere upon our arrival. This unit is also a pretty long walk from the dumpster (the instructions provided to us mentioned a trash cart several times but despite keeping an eye out for one and searching for one we never found it).Great beach access, the pools were clean, nice view. Plenty of extra parking spaces despite it being the middle of July and peak season. We were able to use a spot right under the unit for our entire stay. The unit was okay and it did the trick, but I would not stay again due to the door issue and the uncomfortable beds.

The parking is totally inadequate!!! And no sidewalks.

Would not rent there again. Had to ride around in the pouring rain looking for a parking space and wait for someone to leave!

Enjoyed our stay

The check in and communication with property management was excellent. The location of this property is wonderful and we were happy to be on the first floor considering we brought an almost 2 year old with us. We really appreciated that the owners allowed us to use their beach supplies - they are fully stocked on sand toys, beach chairs and even had a puddle jumper in our daughter’s size! It was great to not have to bring our own. Our only complaints about this property is that the air conditioning return is in the master bedroom and is actually quite loud. It woke me up every time it came on. The dishwasher is also quite loud and could use an update. Although I will say, I certainly appreciated having a dishwasher and the air conditioning, even if it was loud! I’d just recommend running the dishwasher while you’re out enjoying the beach and not right at bedtime as we tend to do. This place was in great proximity to quite a few places to eat - we walked everywhere and rarely used the car. Love Carolina beach and would definitely visit this location again!

Fun stay for family!

Great location, right on the beach, easy pool and beach access. Lots of restaurants and activities for families near by. This condo was comfortable for our family of five.

Property was great, but…

Everything was very nice about the property, we really enjoyed our stay. The only problem was the beach access was not available for 90% of our stay because they were dredging … during Spring Break! Seems like a tourist destination would find a better way to do that than during the busiest time of the year.

Perfect location for the beach!

I've stayed in these condos a few times, but this was my first stay in this unit. Since it's stairs only, it's great that this one was on the first floor (so, one flight). It makes it a lot easier to load and unload the car as well as quicker for bathroom breaks from the beach! The location is great. You can see the ocean from the screened porch and a quiet stretch of beach is steps away. The upstairs neighbors were pretty noisy, but not during sleeping hours (unless you're early to bed), and I'm not sure if they live there full time or were vacationers like me. I didn't love having to stop somewhere else to check-in and out, but it's right across the street, so it really wasn't a big deal at all and the staff were very friendly. I am sure that parking is an issue at times during peak season, but I visited at the end of April/beginning of May and got the second-closest spot to my stairwell and was able to return to that spot every time I came and went during my stay, even for hours at a time. The other time I stayed at these condos was early October, and I had no issues then, either.
