Welcome to Carolina Sunrise! With the new mattresses and box springs, new flooring throughout, renovated bathrooms, & the brand-new sleeper sofa, you'll feel like you're sleeping in a luxury resort! This property is located on the second floor and there is also elevator access.

There's nothing like sitting out on your deck in an ocean front condo! We have easy access to our beautiful white sandy beach, just steps away. You can watch the dolphins play and the pelicans soar! If you are an early riser, you can enjoy your coffee while the sun rises over the ocean.
The Kitchen is fully equipped with stainless appliances & granite countertops. With an open floor plan, you can be in the kitchen and still enjoy the ocean view! The dining area has a table and four chairs, plus three bar stools at the kitchen counter. The living room has plenty of seating and a large flat screen TV with cable, DVD player, and Wi-Fi.

The primary bedroom has a king-size bed, flat screen TV with cable, and ceiling fan. The on suite bathroom has a gorgeous tiled shower. The second bedroom has a queen size bed, hardwood floors, flat screen smart TV, ceiling fan, and shares the hall bathroom.

We also have a new (2022) full size washer and dryer, elevator, large outdoor pool, gazebo, and picnic area with grill. Our beach access walkway is next to the pool and has an outdoor shower to rinse off the beach sand. For fish tacos and tiki drinks, the Ocean Grill and Tiki Bar is right next door and for a hearty breakfast don't forget to check out Granny's Country Kitchen just across the street!

What a perfect place to relax and enjoy the summer! You can stroll along the beach to the boardwalk area and get yourselves a delicious donut at Britt's Donut Shop or a slice of pizza at Fentoni's Pizza. So much to do during the summer: live bands and fireworks on Thursday nights, a weekly farmers market, and plenty of local restaurants to choose from. If you get a bit too sunburned and need a day out of the sun, don't forget the NC Aquarium right down the road at Kure Beach. It's air-conditioned and if you go on Wednesdays you can watch them feed the alligators!

Very Relaxing

We truly enjoyed our stay at Carolina Sunrise…beach front location, for ease getting to the beach, pool, close to downtown Carolina beach and elevator was truly appreciated by my knees (lol) Beautiful sunrise and full strawberry moon!!!

We had a wonderful stay at Carolina Sunrise! Location was perfect. Decor of the home was warm and inviting. Owners added many special touches to ensure we had a relaxing and enjoyable vacation. A wonderful “Parents-moon”.

The condo was beautiful, so clean, and comfortable. We needed a vacation after our daughter’s wedding and this was so relaxing! We could walk to eat, the beach view was perfect and the elevator saved our backs! We will be back!

Great location, communication and clean

We had a wonderful week at Carolina Sunrise. It was clean and exactly as described. Having the storage shed to use and with some beach gear and toys were a perk! The location is amazing for beach access, close to restaurants and the balcony is amazing for views, sunsets and sunrises. The pool is a added perk, especially with a little kid. Communication was amazing- helping me find a rental company for a crib and overall communication. We will be back!,

Amazing property

My two teen girls and I stayed for a few days and couldn’t have been more pleased! Amazing beach, awesome location near restaurants, and a very comfortable and cute condo. I’d highly recommend! Well stocked with everything we needed, nice appliances, beautiful balcony…I could go on and on. Don’t second guess staying here! Just book it!

Location,location,location!

Excellent location so close to the beach with easy access. The balcony had a front row seat to the ocean it was a big balcony, always had some shade. We enjoyed drinking our coffee in the morning and our wine in the evening. Seafood on the island was good every where we ate. The Tiki Hut right down the beach had wonderful fish tacos and it’s right on the beach you can walk.

Very nice condo with great view

The oceanfront view if really the stand out of this location, but there were many other great features like abundant parking and nice furnishings. Only critiques would be the seating could have been a bit more comfortable and I think the AC vents need a good cleaning as I had some allergy issues.

Lovely condo and complex. Well stocked, except for our need for more wine glasses. Comfortable beds and great water pressure in showers (pet peeve). Oceanfront view was great! We certainly recommend Carolina Sunrise.

Adorable Beach Condo

Adorable condo; comfortable, clean and decorated nicely. Great location to the beach and restaurants. Beautiful beach and area. Amazing sunrise each morning! Convenient parking. We enjoyed our stay. However, I was surprised to learn upon our arrival that the beds did not have sheets on them as it was my responsibility as the guest to make the beds and strip them upon our departure. I also found it unusual to not have been supplied with dispensers in the showers for body wash (as I bring my own shampoo/conditioner). I do appreciate the generous supply of laundry detergent to do a load of laundry. The kitchen had a useable coffee maker with only Keurig cups available and I suspect creamer was once kept in a little empty bowl next to it but wasn’t available during our stay. Thank you for a nice stay in Carolina Beach.

A quiet off-season Vacation Retreat

This property is great. Our second Thanksgiving here at Carolina Sunrise and we have been very happy with the location and the condo both times. Beautifully clean and decorated. The Kerieg was a lifesaver. Thinking of coming back in June. And July, maybe September and definitely November This is a wonderful place. Enjoyed it very much and will be back.

Great family spot right on the beach!

Our family loved this precious beach house! My husband and I with our 2 kids (ages 3 and 1) went down for a week with our friends (who had a 2 year old). The 6 of us stayed there comfortably and enjoyed every minute. Very clean, cozy and convenient. Being able to walk out the back door to the beach was amazing with the kids. It made short trips a breeze or long days on the beach easier as you could quickly run back in for things. Only minutes from the aquarium and several parks and about 15 from a grocery. We loved our stay and hope to come back!

A few issues.

The condo appeared clean although we experienced 2 roaches that made their way into our belongings. I understand that they have a pest control company and the schedule was posted. It was still very disturbing. The other issue was with the tow company that they partner with to remove cars without a permit on the dash board. WE TAKE FULL RESPONSIBILITY for failing to return the permit back to the dashboard following a trip to the store. It was placed on the console so as not to blow away as it was a convertible. We called the tow company to let them know we were on the way. We waited over an hour before they arrived when their sign clearly stated their hours of operation and should have been open and available to release our car. The fee was exorbitant and put a damper on the whole vacation. The fact that we had to wait over an hour is inexcusable. I have to compliment the owners on their prompt attention with 2 issues that I called about. One was a loose slat on the deck which posed a hazard and the other was that the dryer didn't work. Both issues were handled promptly. Overall we were pleased with the condo with the exception of the above. One recommendation we have would be to replace the mattress in the second bedroom. It was extremely soft. The other recommendation would be to have a refrigerator magnet that reads "Is your parking permit on your dashboard?" This may sound silly but other family members in a different condo had one of these magnets on their refrigerator from their owners. It's a friendly reminder, a small gesture to avoid your tenants paying an additional charges that could be avoided. Thank you
