Enjoy sunny days on Carolina Beach while staying at our 2 bedroom 2 bath condo at Sea Colony Condos. Open living and kitchen area offer plenty of room to enjoy time with family and friends while cooking at home. Private patio overlooks oceanfront. 2nd floor condo with covered patio with elevator. Additional sleeper sofa accommodates additional guests.

1 king size bedroom with private bath.
1 bedroom with 2 twin beds and guest bath.
Sheets and towels are included.
Washer and dryer in unit.
Wifi available.

Enjoy amazing oceanfront views with full view of the beach. Boardwalk 1.1 miles away and local eateries are walking distance. Community pool. Outdoor shower. 3 outdoor grills. Parking for 2 cars included on open parking lot. No large RV type vehicles or trailers permitted. No pets permitted. No smoking in unit. This is a non smoking unit.

7 day stay required during peak season, May 31- Aug. 15. Check in / out on Saturday. Off season, two day minimum stay, longer term stay available, please inquire with potential dates.

This condo is an older building. It was very clean and the view from balcony was beautiful. Perfect for viewing the sunrise. The owner does need to replace some things in the kitchen due to it just being in the salt air all the time, toaster, utensils. I had to buy a coffee maker so Icould have coffee. I left it for the next renter because the one they had was gross.

Everything was amazing beside the elevator was not working. My foot was Broke, had to use the stairs. Probably should have slip resistant skids on the steps for when its raining. Other than that we love it and will return again . Thank You for letting us enjoy your paradise.

very nice property that seems to be well managed. great location. the view and deck were fantastic. the shower heads could be cleaned or replaced and the water filter needed to be replaced. It was very brown. But we overall, loved the property and furnishings.

This ocean front property was a gem! The amenities were great, beach access was easy and the view was amazing! We also lived that we could walk across the street to Granny's for breakfast and just down the street to dinner places.

Upon arrival Sunday evening we noticed a very strong odor similar to the smell of a wet dog that was strongest in the kitchen and living room. The master bathroom toilet had a large chunk of feces in it still. The patio furniture was old, stained and chipping. The coffee pot had mold and limescale all through it. We had to go out and purchase our own coffee pot. Showers were not clean and the shower heads were full of mold. Cookware and utensils were moldy, rusty and unusable. Linens were clean and the community pool was nice and well kept.

Fantastic

Great place super clean and taken very good care of. The interior is very cozy and well done. Right on the beach and everything you would need for cooking is in this kitchen. Plenty of beach chairs. Great location on Carolina beach.

Perfect week

What a perfect week we just had. It was my husband, our 17 year old daughter and her friend. The location could not be better, the beach is amazing, clean sand, clear water. Having the boardwalk a short walk away and Kure pier down the other end, couldn’t have asked for more. A sea turtle nest was on our beach (protected and nothing hatched yet but still very cool!). We even saw a humpback whale breaching out of the water which I understand is very rare this time of year. Just excellent!

Wonderful!

This place was exactly what we were looking for! Peaceful area yet close enough to the Boardwalk. The unit was clean and well stocked. The owner was super nice and responded immediately to any questions I had.We absolutely loved it!

Very nice value everything was as advertised. Six beach chairs were provided and some boogie boards and umbrella which we did not use. Very short walk to the beach. Beds were fine and showers were very good with strong pressure and. Good TV in living room and master bedroom but could use a little instruction. Kitchen is well stocked but could use a large frying pan and or griddle.

Perfect location, beautiful view from the private balcony! Close to many restaurants & a nice area for walks. Elevator came in handy for arrival & departure days. Furniture could be a little more comfortable, but my friend & I are 2 women in our 60’s with back issues, others might be ok with it. Couch was covered with some sort of blanket slip cover too, that made it feel heavy & hot for a beach house. We appreciated the supplies of toilet paper, dish & hand soap, kitchen towels & papertowels. We did not cook but the kitchen seemed well equipped. Owner was responsive to questions & we had no issues during our stay.
