Arrival:

Enter the carport with parking available for 3 to 4 cars, with level 2 EV charger. Zero entry elevator that reaches all three floors. Great for guests with mobility issues. Use the keypad smart lock and checkin 24 hours a day.

2. Queen Room

High-end, hybrid mattress, luxury linens, & smart TV, blackout curtains. Bathroom right outside door.



3. Bunk Room

Sleeps 5 between 2 QUEEN mattress bunk beds & 1 portable twin with thick, memory foam mattress. Smart TV with PS4 Gaming Console, Gaming chairs, Extra large Connect 4 Wall Game, Sliding glass doors to private, furnished deck with canal views.



2nd Floor:



4. Primary King Suite:



Luxury Designed, Expansive Master Bedroom. Equipped with SPA-like gorgeous ensuite bathroom with 9 foot shower with freestanding bathtub, & double-sink vanity. The bedroom is equipped with a Sweetnight, premium hybrid mattress, luxury linens, desk with printer & desk chair, Smart TV, and double glass door leading to large, furnished, private deck with killer ocean views.



5. Third King Suite:



Bathroom ensuite with jetted jacuzzi tub and rain shower, & double vanity. Just renovated. Bedroom is equipped with Sweetnight premium hybrid mattress with luxury linens and plenty of pillows. Smart TV with multiple streaming apps. Sliding glass door leading to private, furnished decks with canal views.



Third Floor:



Luxury, large, fully-renovated kitchen equipped with every amenity guests could need to prepare gourmet meals or quick meals in between activities. Two pantries with half bath next door. Brand new appliances & FULL COFFEE BAR offering free specialty coffee, traditional drip coffee, bean grinder, milk frother, k-cups, French press, electric kettle & free tea.



Dining Room:



Plenty of seating between large dining table seating 8 with 8 additional bar seats. Large glass windows with beautiful canal views. Just outside dining room is a large covered deck with 6-seater bar top table and two patio chairs with ottomans.



Living Room:



Professionally designed, modern coastal, open concept living room with vaulted ceilings. Living room features a full-size shuffle board, extra large reclining sectional, large chairs offering plenty of seating for family or friends activities. Shiplap fireplace with 65” Smart TV and modern, linear fireplace (can be turned on without heat for ambience or with heater for cooler winter months). Full wall of windows and glass doors with wide ocean views. Just outside the living room is a large deck with seating for 7 around a propane, blue glass rock fire-pit.



Carport:



Carport allows 3 full sizes cars or SUV’s, Level 2 EV charger for electric vehicles with 25’ extension cord, propane grill & accessories, large outdoor shower with bench, beach chairs, cooler, beach toys all in enclosed storage area.



**Flat-entry elevator reaching all floors for guests with mobility limitations. Flat entry throughout the house.



Brand new 2024 golf cart is a convenient way to see the worth and south end of the island. Daily fee runs from 4pm upon checkin and back by 10 am upon checkout. Guest are required to rent for full stay since they will have access to the keys. We are less expansive than anywhere on the island and golf cart is ready for use when you arrive.



**Golf cart garage with golf cart for rent $380 for a week or $70 a day. Please inquire to add to your reservation. Keypad code with keys will be provided in checkin email / message.



Backyard:



Guests will have access to the entire townhome and private fenced in backyard with heated pool and hot tub.



Brand new heated pool installed in 2025. We provide a large rollable cooler stand. Fill with ice & drinks and have a party with your group. There is a basketball goal, plenty of floats and noodles, dining table, sun loungers with cushion pillows, umbrellas and Adirondack chairs. A perfect place to finish each day of vacation.



**Please note, if a guest wants to option to heat the pool there is an additional charge due to cost of propane to run the heater during your entire stay. Message us for rates based of time of year.

Guest Access:

Guests will have access to the entire townhome. The backyard is shared with neighbors but is fully fenced. A privacy fence will be installed upon approval so it's private.



The Neighborhood:

Across the street from the beach with easy access to public entrance. Half mile to Boardwalk, 1 mile to North-end Pier with Tiki Bar and entertainment. One min walk to public beach access, sandwich/coffee shop & sport rentals. One block to canal.



Getting Around:

Car recommended but not needed if you plan to hang out on beach and around Carolina Beach Boardwalk.

Early check ins or late checkouts available for a nominal fee, based on availability.
