Just For The Shell of It!

Just For the Shell of it! Boasts over 3500 square feet and allows everyone to spread out. Take the elevator or stairs to your over 2,500 square foot living space situated on the second level, and provides a large open kitchen adjacent to a 900 square foot great room. The bottom floor is comprised of a 1,000 square foot game room that is air-conditioned and furnished with a pool table, television, and games. The home has full kitchen amenities and an extra fridge on the lower level. There is an extra-large master suite with a king bed, large tv, a private deck with a spacious bathroom with a soaking tub. Additionally, the master bedroom provides access to the six-foot privacy fenced back yard to let your pets roam. The master and one other bedroom also have limited ocean views. There are two queen bedrooms with a Jack and Jill bathroom. The fourth bedroom has a full-size bed and a connected bathroom. The fifth bedroom has a twin daybed and a tv. The great room has a 70-inch tv and a large open concept. The front porch has a gate for your pets at the top of the stairs, sofa and high-top table to enjoy the outdoors. Head down to the lower level in the elevator to the game room which boasts a sleeper sofa, tv, pool table, pacman game, game table, and plenty of room to relax on the occasional rainy day. The elevator has plenty of room for all of your luggage and vacation needs. A huge outdoor shower awaits after a day on the beach with hot and cold water with plenty of privacy. The house has plenty of parking and is only three houses from the ocean and is equipped with a standard electrical vehicle charger. The home's great location is just two blocks from Freeman park, a great beach that allows four-wheel vehicles. Carolina Beach is a family-friendly town with great restaurants, a wonderful boardwalk area, a lake with a walking path, a state park, boat ramps, surf and deep-sea fishing, bike paths, access to the ICC to put in Kayaks, and many other island amenities. You are 10 miles from Wilmington, NC with all of its attractions. This truly is a year-round beach town perfect for your family geaway!

We loved this rental. House was so clean and had everything we needed. The location was super convenient-it’s super close to Carolina Beach and Freeman Beach. One of the best features of the house is the amazing game room! It was a great place yo hang out on rainy days.

This was a perfect beach house! Everything was super clean and tidy. The kitchen had everything we needed for a little light cooking while on vacation. It was so nice not to have to bring beach chairs and towels as those were all provided! And, so close to the beach - very easy walk.

Great home with all you could ask for when heading to a beach location. And, most importantly, very clean and well kept. Don't always find this on a beach trip. The dogs loved it as well. Elevator was a definite plus on packing in and out. Finally, the short walk to the beach, and 2 block drive to the 4 wheel beach, provided the best for the beach life.

The house and location were perfect for my family-it was wonderfully clean with up to date appliances and stocked with great kitchen supplies needed for our Easter dinner. Great pet friendly environment! Felt large and airy in the great room with an amazing game room in the lower area! Property managers were readily available for questions that arose with different devices solving any issues quickly.

We were so impressed with the care applied to the set up an stocking of the property. The owners thought of everything from Games to having enough serving dishes. The beds and linens were of good quality and the property was spotless. Definitely recommend this place to others.

This house offers a beautifully upgraded interior. The elevator was key for my father. Lots of games and things to do. There is a short walk to Freeman Beach.

We had a wonderful stay. This is a beautiful home! There is a large, well stocked kitchen and eating area, big family room with plenty of room to relax. Tastefully decorated. Huge game room downstairs. Property is so close to the beach. The owners were friendly and very responsive. Highly recommend!

We really enjoyed this house. The elevator from the first floor to the second floor was an unexpected surprise and a great help for the Senior in our party. The first floor game room was perfect for all the teenage boys. If you rent this house bring your 4 wheel drive vehicles so you can drive out on the beach at the end of the road. It is a very short distance to that part of the beach. House is well stocked with beach towels, beach chairs, and beach games. We are coming back!

This gorgeous home has everything you need for a great beach vacation! This home is perfect for a family or a group of friends. Short walk to the beach, gorgeous kitchen and family room for gathering, game room downstairs. Upon arrival, load up the elevator and unpack once it’s upstairs. Totally unload in one trip and zero steps! We have rented MANY VRBO homes and this home certainly ranks in FIRST place! We highly recommend with ZERO hesitation!!!
