As you enter the home through the foyer you are led to the first living level where the sleeping quarters are found. The back bedroom is furnished with a pyramid bunk bed that is a twin bed over a full bed. The second bedroom is a quaint guest bedroom that offers a cozy queen-sized bed and shares direct access to the hall bathroom. A junior primary suite with a plush king bed is located down the hall. Completed with a private en-suite bathroom and deck, this room offers plenty of space to unwind in privacy after a long day of sun and sand.

Upstairs on the top floor of “E-Sea Living” is the main living area. The open floor plan offers plenty of space for families to gather. A large sectional sofa welcomes you to curl up with a blanket and indulge in a family movie night. The TV cabinet offers a variety of children and family games for you to enjoy! There is a deck so you can enjoy your morning coffee or evening wine with a remarkable sunrise and sea birds circling. The kitchen offers everything you need to enjoy a home cooked meal. With all the conveniences of home guests will find that meal prep in this home is just as breezy as the beach! A full bathroom located on this floor provides convenience for visitors and jack and jills to the primary suite. Furnished with a welcoming king bed, this room has its own private deck that overlooks the back yard.

Spend evenings grilling under the pergola, soaking in the salt air, and roasting marshmallows by the fireside. Tasteful string lighting sets the mood and provides ambient light in the evenings. There is a small outdoor refrigerator for added convenience when grilling or for keeping your favorite beverages cold on a hot summer evening. Stay Requirements: Saturday to Saturday rental in summer. Minimum of 3-night stay in other seasons.
Bedding Configuration: 2 King, 1 Queen, 1 Pyramid (Twin/Full).
Parking: Assigned parking on site for 4 vehicles.
Pet Policy: No pets allowed.
Prohibited: Pets, Smoking, RV’s, Charging Golf Carts, Mail and Packages are not able to be sent to the rental.
Featured Amenities: Keyless Entry, Carport, Enclosed Outdoor Shower, Outdoor Dining Area, Wood Burning Outdoor Fire Pit (wood is not included with rental).
Property Security: For the security of our guests and the safety of our home, we have exterior security cameras located on the HVAC platform facing the fire pit and two in the carport that face the entry door of the home and the driveway.
Cancellation Policy: Full refund within 24 hours of booking, cancellations at 31+ days before check-in will receive a full refund after a $350 cancellation fee is deducted, cancellations at 15-30 days before check-in will receive a 50% refund of monies paid less a $350 cancellation fee and less than 15 days prior to arrival is not subject to a refund.  All policies are subject to possible additional refund based on re-rental, excluding non-refundable cancellation fees and travel insurance (if applicable).
