Welcome to Ocean Oasis, a stunning oceanfront, pet-friendly retreat located on the bottom floor of a charming duplex. Ocean Oasis warmly welcomes your furry friends, with accommodations for up to two dogs.

The open-concept kitchen and dining area is thoughtfully designed for group gatherings and culinary adventures. It features a dining table with seating for 6-8 guests, additional barstool seating for four, and a suite of modern appliances, including a refrigerator, microwave, dishwasher, flat cooktop stove, toaster, Instant Pot, and drip coffeemaker. Excellent beachfront location, incomplete listing information, room for improvement on cleanliness

Overall, this property was fairly well maintained, spacious, really well priced, and right on the beach. The view is fantastic. Unfortunately, the Vrbo listing (a Vrbo issue, not the host) was not accurate, identifying that the property was an entire home, but it is actually divided into units, which caused a lot of confusion when we got our email with check-in instructions a few days prior to check-in. We were booking this with the intention of letting our dogs enjoy some sun on the enclosed porch, only to find out after we got there that we were on the first level, which had an open porch. The cleanliness was also lacking, as there was construction debris in the yard off to the side of the house, presenting a hazard to our dogs, and there was random, old food in the kitchen and old coffee in the coffee pot when we checked in. Overall, this was a very nice rental with an unbeatable location, but needs more care in cleaning and more details in the listing as to the split nature of the house and the level that is being booked.

Great Place!

Perfect location with private beach access. Very clean and well maintained. Had a slight hiccup with the door code when we arrived but the management group got it sorted out very quickly. Would defiantly stay here again!

Great house, check in and some details can be improved

Overall, a great house and a place I would gladly book again. However, there were a few issues that should be improved. First was the check-in process and communicating with the management company. The door code provided was wrong. It is very stressful to arrive and not have access to the rental. For this to be resolved we called the emergency line, but it is a third party dispatch and the connection was hard to hear. They weren’t familiar with the house names, so we had to give the address and it was a struggle for them to even begin to process our request. Second, the AC broke during our stay. Going through the dispatch again, they successfully sent an AC repair person within 90 minutes, but it was still a bit annoying to have to deal with. Finally, there just weren’t enough dish towels. The house rules required doing the dishes as usual, but it’s hard to do with one little dish towel. All together, it’s a great property and I hope they can work out some of these details since it’s a new rental this year.
