Wake up to the soft colors of the sunrise as you sit on Adirondack chairs, with your freshly brewed cup of coffee, on the private balcony or from inside the living room. Watch the pelicans and seagulls skim the surface of the ocean, as the vibrant colors of the sunset reflect off its surface. Step outside & walk the private walkway right to the beach! #mybeachyvacay

Our newly renovated, fully furnished, spacious 2 bedroom beachfront condo on the second floor, sleeps 6 with a comfy King size bed in the Master suite, Queen size bed in the second bedroom, and Queen size sleeper sofa in the living area with a spectacular ocean view from the private beachfront balcony and everything you need to unplug and relax.

2 private covered balconies: ocean view and street view; 2 assigned parking spaces on-site; outdoor shower / rinse off area; central air conditioning and heating; ceiling fans in bedrooms and living room; box fans available; living room outfitted with flat screen 55 inch HD Smart TV, blu-ray player (BYO movies), and high speed internet to stream movies or connect to the outside world; fully equipped kitchen with granite counters and stainless steel appliances, including a refrigerator with ice maker, stove, oven, toaster oven, dishwasher, and microwave so you can make your favorite meals and drinks using the cookware, cooking utensils, dishes (service for 8), serving bowls, flatware, glasses, and wine glasses; wine bottle opener; carafe; Keurig with coffee k-cup pods; coffee mugs; dish soap; scrub sponge; paper towels; large table & chairs (seats 6); private washer & dryer with laundry supplies in bathroom closet; closet with hangers in bedroom; bedroom furniture has plenty of drawer space; alarm clock; blankets / comforters; pillows; linens; two full bathrooms, one with a bathtub; body wash; shampoo; conditioner; hand soap; toilet paper; trash bags; recycling bin; towels; beach towels; as well as games and jigsaw puzzles for the times you’d like to stay in.

Self Check-in using a keypad for your convenience. You will be given your code in advance so you can start your vacation on your schedule with no keys to pick up and no paperwork to fill out. Step through the front door to experience your first glimpse of the breathtaking view of the Atlantic Ocean through the sliding glass doors from the living room.

Great location

When first arriving it was easy to check in. We had all the information we needed before arrival and they had a book full of information also on the coffee table in the living room. The location was amazing, it is literally right on the beach and about a 13-15 minute walk from the boardwalk. We went out to the beach almost everyday and it was nice, not many people were on this part of the beach because most places are condos with private entrances to the beach. It was also very family friendly. The cleanliness of this place was okay, there was hair and some flaky skin stuff on the couch. The couch had no cushion to it at all and was like sitting on a piece of wood. The showers were okay, the shower near the kitchen had a broken rail. They also had roaches that we noticed in the middle to the end of our stay. When researching them they are apparently common to the area. We let the owners know and they said they would take care of it immediately and credit us the cleaning fee. Overall, I would recommend this place despite some of the cleanliness issues because the location is unbeatable.

A Relaxing Long Weekend at CB

Property was exactly as advertised and stocked with everything we could’ve needed. Perfect for 2-4 people. Ocean front view, especially at sundown, was amazing. Even through you share the private beach access with 5 other units, our time on the beach didn’t feel crowded. Communication with owners was easy if/when needed. Love that it was only a 12 minute walk to the boardwalk. Round trip it was 1.3 miles so some good light exercise to go with your daily adventures!

Carolina Beach

Location was great. Close enough to walk yet driveable. Great view from porch; back porch offered wonderful breeze and another lovely outdoor location. Parking was tight but doable with SUV. Extremely well stocked kitchen plenty of towels and linens and comfortable beds. Dog friendly. Once the bad weather passed us, we enjoyed the beach daily and great places for seafood. Overall a comfortable, well-stocked, clean condo.

This is my first Expedia experience and I am happy to report that everything was wonderful. The place is amazing. so quaint and comfy. All the amenities - the view from both balconies was super w/ a spectacular ocean view as well as a very quaint street view. Very quiet. And the owner is so nice and very communicative. The beach is lovely. I could not have asked for anything more. I would love to come back.

Exceptional value

Very nice condo with ample parking (2 spaces) and amenities not often included without extra cost such as all paper products, towels, linens, beach towels and even coffee. Very clean, own walkway to beach, and fully stocked with all that you might need...even beach chairs. Excellent communication with the owners, easy access and perfect for a week at the beach.

Oceanfront Gem!

Our trip and stay was wonderful. The condo was as shown. Nicely decorated and well stocked with everything. And dog friendly. The ocean is right in front of you! Theres a nice balcony to watch the sunrise from, or sit and read or have a glass of wine. Also a balcony street/canal side which you can catch some of sunset. The directions were great and the notebook of information about home covered everything including grocery shopping and dining close by. Parking was easy in and out. We barely drove anywhere. Our stay was just myself, my daughter and our dog. We pretty much spent all day on the beach and walked in the mornings and evenings. Super hot week but the ocean was perfect temperature. The beach also very clean. We only had one AC hiccup the day before leaving and the owners were responsive right away, as was there contractor. Was all resolved in under 3 hours. I'd say the only thing that needs a little more step by step instruction is the tv remotes...we figured out enough to watch a little bit but mostly read. The building is also quiet hours after 10 p.m.-ish which is nice. 2nd floor condo, you can hear a little foot traffic above you at times but was mostly quiet. For us this was a perfect week. I would 100% recommend and stay again!

The photos really don’t do this condo justice. The view is incredible. The walk to the beach couldn’t be easier. The beds are super comfortable. And they really provide everything you could need. Highly recommend staying here!

Perfect beach condo

We loved this place and hope to stay there again. It was very well furnished with almost everything we could want. The kitchen has plenty of dishes and cookware and even a great selection of spices. There were plenty of towels and extra bedding. We also made good use of the beach supplies and storage area. Best of all is the location and view- right on the beach and a short walk to the boardwalk. 2 roomy parking spots also came in handy. It was great being able to bring our dog. We also loved the 2 covered balconies. The owner was very responsive and had a nice book of local information inside the unit. All of the appliances are in good working order and we also loved being able to check in at 3 with plenty of time to enjoy the beach upon arrival. Highly recommend this property.
