The location served as our base for exploring Glendalough, which was one of the top places to see on our 3-week trip, as well as Powerscourt Gardens, Waterfall, and other attractions such as Lough Tay and the bridge from the movie, "P.S. "I can not say enough about Wilton castle. It was amazing staying in the self contained suites. There was a fire place in the suite that was prepared and ready to go everyday. The property itself is amazing, at one point in our stay we were the on people there. Pretty unrealistic staying on a property like this by yourself. "The only thing we can complain about is that we couldn’t stay forever with Cathy! The place is much better than expected (really, much better). Super well equipped, comfortable, clean, and with marvelous decoration. The area where the house is located is absolutely stunning.
