  • Esta casa perfecta, ideal para familias y perros, se encuentra en el tranquilo vecindario de Agate Bay, en la costa norte, en medio de todos los lugares de actividades de vacaciones en la costa norte. Nuestra espaciosa casa de cuatro habitaciones con dos salas de estar se encuentra en un lote de 1/3 acres bellamente ajardinado, completamente cercado, a solo un par de cuadras de Patton Beach at Waterman's Landing. Relájese en la enorme bañera de hidromasaje bajo las estrellas en el patio. Caliéntese después de un día completo de turismo, senderismo o esquí frente a un fuego acogedor en la gran chimenea de piedra en la sala de estar. Situado en el centro de la costa norte entre la ciudad de Tahoe y la playa de King's. Está a solo 20 minutos de Squaw y Alpine y 15 minutos a Northstar.

    Los cocineros de su familia disfrutarán utilizando la cocina bien surtida con electrodomésticos de acero inoxidable y encimeras de cuarzo. El comedor de estilo Mission de roble tiene capacidad para 10 personas y hay mucho espacio para que su grupo se expanda en esta gran casa de una planta con una sala de estar Y una habitación familiar. Cada sala de estar tiene un televisor de pantalla plana con DVD y muchos asientos cómodos.


    Hay un garaje para 2 autos y un cuarto de entrada para hasta 2 autos más.

    Está a un corto paseo de la playa de la ciudad que admite perros (Waterman's Landing), y también de Sierra Marina y del restaurante Gar Woods. Asiste al Concurso de Elegancia del Barco de Madera en verano. Hay rutas de ciclismo de montaña y de senderismo en la misma calle, y ofrecemos varias bicicletas para usar en la casa.

    Los casinos de North Shore están a unos 20 minutos en automóvil, y puedes caminar hasta el restaurante Gar Wood's, jugar al minigolf o salir a comer pizza. Old Brockway Golf Course se encuentra a tres minutos en coche.

This place was perfect, loved cooking in the kitchen, kitchen had everything you need in it. Loved the back yardfor our small dog. The host was so nice. loved the locationclose to everything. We will definitely stay here again.

This vacation home is set up very well. The home worked out perfect for us. Fenced back yard, nice hot tub, 3 bedrooms and 3 bathrooms really made it enjoyable for everyone. The neighborhood is very nice and close to the lake.

Awesome Stay!

Great stay, beautiful property, close to all the ski resorts! I would definitely recommend staying here. Smallest nit would be more detailed instructions for getting into the bear proof box for putting away trash at the end, which we had a little trouble finding the key for given all the snow that had accumulated.

RODENT ISSUE. The house is beautiful and in a great location, but when we arrived there were mouse traps on the nightstand in one of the bedrooms and we woke up to mouse droppings all over the kitchen counters. The owner obviously knew there was a mouse issue due to the traps, and tried to tell us that this is "normal due to being located in the woods near wildlife". We have been coming up to Tahoe for Memorial Day weekend for 15 years and have never had rodent droppings indoors.

Great Family Vacay!

House was very nice inside, better than the pictures show. The natural light and two separate spaces were a huge plus for our multigenerational family trip. We had a smal hiccup with the heating system when we first arrived but Maddy called to check in and helped us get it fired up, and it was lovely from then on. It was great to have such a communicative host! We would definitely stay again!

Amazing house

This house is in a wonderful neighborhood, close to the beach and grocery store. There were six of us who stayed here (including our two dogs) and there was plenty of room. The fireplace kept us warm and the open concept of the kitchen and living room was nice. Mady was a wonderful host and responded to messages quickly. Thanks for letting us stay in your amazing house. We will definitely love stay here again.

Beautiful Property

We loved the property! Clean home with lots of upgrades to inside of home. Lovely fenced yard, perfect for us and our dog! No problems while on property. Quiet neighborhood, close to restaurants and grocery stores for those items forgotten. We will definitely keep this property on our list of go to properties when we are traveling to Lake Tahoe!

Amazing Stay

We had an amazing stay! The house is just as pictured, more than enough room for everyone, the backyard is huge and it was great to be able to have our dog have all that space to run around in the snow and know she was safe! Our son and his friend loved hanging out back in the hot tub while it was snowing. The neighborhood and surrounding area was beautiful! Perfect Dog-Friendly Lake Tahoe house!

My family of 5 with three adult daughters and their 2 dogs just returned from our vacation. The property was wonderful! A big fully fenced back yard for the dogs, in a quiet neighborhood close to everything. Beautifully decorated, comfortable and clean. We really couldn’t have asked for more. Great communication with the owner made checking in and out simple. We loved the house and hope to be able to return someday! Thank you 😊

Gray stay at Kings Beach

The property overall is great 👍 has four bedrooms, three with big beds and one with two bunks and a twin. Spacious dinning table, two living rooms. Location is great, close to Tahoe and other places, as well as grocery stores. Overall the house is a great stay, but does have a bit outdated furniture. The hot tub was nice but had extreme amount of chlorine in it. The fire place was also very nice, but wood was not provided so you have to bring your own. We enjoyed our stay :)

Lovely Tahoe property!

The property was exactly as advertised and truly lovely! The fenced in yard was great for the dogs and the hot tub was great for relaxing! This is one of the best stocked kitchens I've ever seen in a short term rental property, so well stocked and easy to cook in with quality appliances. The house layout is also great with the two living rooms for people to split up or hang out away from the bedrooms if some people go to bed early. The garage access with remote opener also came in handy for escaping the cold when loading and unloading the car. Would recommend!

Fantastic woodlands home!

Overall this home was outstanding! Loads of space inside and out for our family reunion of ten people. The backyard was where we spent most of our time. Hot tub, hammock, badminton, corn hole, large table and chairs with umbrellas. Just perfect! The kitchen is really well stocked. I’ve never been to a property that was so easy to cook in. The management was super quick to respond to our questions/concerns. I felt like they were motivated to make our stay great. My only, and I do mean only hesitation in giving that fifth star was the many maintenance issues we experienced. These seemed to be due to the cleaning crew ; and the management was not even aware of the issues until we brought them up. As mentioned before, the management was quick to respond and help resolve the problems. We would definitely love to stay again. My family did not want to leave!! So close to the lake and mini golf and restaurants too!! Yet peaceful and quiet. A great home to rent!

2nd time and even better

Love this house. Great remodel, fantastic location and great owner/prop manager. Only issue is that under best breakfast they don’t mention the Old Post Office. Best pancakes of all time! We will be coming back for our 3rd stay!

Stay cut short

Property was as listed. We did have problems with the dishwasher but the host did inform us that they were waiting on a part. We enjoyed the short night stay due to the incoming storm and flight schedules.

In the Trees

This is a beautiful home with a large backyard, lovely kitchen, and multiple skylights that keep it bright inside. Layout is great allowing for some to stay up late while others go to bed early. There were a number of small maintenance issues (e.g.,a toilet seat on the floor, dirty hot tub and bbq, jammed laundry) that were a bit annoying but did not ruin our stay. We would definitely return.

Can’t wait to go back!

For a couple families with toddlers, this was such a great choice for us. The house is fully stocked, I didn’t even need to bring any toys, games or sleds! I loved having two living spaces particularly in the evening when the adults wanted to play games and shut ourselves in a room to keep noise down to babies asleep. The backyard is great and walking distance to the lake. Would love to stay again!

Just off the lake in the woods

The house is well-maintained and just off the main drag by the lake. It's minutes from many restaurants including Garwoods and Open Range Steakhouse, CB's Bistro and more. 4 bedrooms and 3 baths. Very quiet at night. Well-equipped.

Carnelian Bay Ski Weekend

Great place for friends and family to gather. Nice having 2 living rooms so the kids could hangout in one and the adults in the other. Owners were very quick and effective in their responses to our questions.
