Eagles Perch Cabin - Pano Lake Views, Fido Friendly

Located on a quiet private road, the Eagles Perch is a 4 bedroom/2 bathroom lake view cabin that features panoramic lake views, large exterior redwood deck overlooking the lake, cathedral ceilings, rock fireplace, and ample winter parking.

*For weddings and family reunion groups, the vacation home is next door to the Luna del Lago Luxury Home and about 10 houses away from the Butterfield Rental Home.

All Agate Bay Realty vacation rental properties are fully equipped with free high speed wireless internet, linens, bath towels (equal to the maximum occupancy of the house), pots/pans, dishes, microwave, coffee pot, blender, toaster, TV/TV's with streaming services, washer & dryer and barbecue (many are only usable in the summer). The house will also provide a starter set of toilet paper, soap, and paper towels.

Cabin was absolutely stunning views, cozy vibes, and close by quite a few spots to go grab food and shop. Kitchen is a little dated but its all functioning. Quiet dead end street great for kids to play outside. Whole process was smooth and would highly reccomend.

Our stay was very peaceful. The family enjoyed the visit very much. The weather was perfect. The sun shines into the house, keeping things cozy on cool days. The back deck is great, wonderful view. We even experienced a bear walking down the street in front of the property.

Beautiful Cabin

Peaceful property, surrounded by beautiful trees and a gorgeous view of the lake! The only downside was we encountered a ton of spiders inside the house, but that’s not uncommon while staying in the woods. I do believe a king bed was advertised when we booked, but all of the single beds were queen sized (per the sheets on each). Communication with property management was simple and efficient. Eight adults slept comfortably here.

Great views

Our family came to have some R&R and celebrate our sons birthday. The home had wonderful amenities and the great room with the lake view was the perfect setting for meals, playing card games and drinking our morning coffee and taking it all in. We brought our dog Enzo as well and the neighborhood was great for taking him out on walks. We are already looking at are next stay!

Amazing view

House itself was amazing. very clean and comfortable. would definitely stay there again. would have been five stars except for the numerous birds that were constantly pecking at the wood siding from like 6am till dark. sounded like someone was constantly knocking at the door . Seen lots of holes in siding from birds that should have been taken care of before we arrived . couldn't sleep in past 6am from the noise and kept having to scare them off to enjoy the patio and the view during the day. The property management didn't even offer any kind of discount. They had several bird flashing things set up so they obviously knew it was an issue. Any discount would have been appreciated but nothing was mentioned.

Ski vacation trip

The house is in a really good location and has beautiful views. It’s a continent drive to Alpine or Pallisades. Overall the interior is a little dated and especially the kitchen needs some upgrades in our opinion. Careful, if you come with a dog, they need to be under permanent supervision or in a kennel when left alone. Not so much a problem for us, but might be for some travelers with pets. Communication with the agent was good and easy.

Cozy cabin with breathtaking views

The cabin was easy to get to and close to everything. However when ur inside it feels so quiet and peaceful. Ample living space and one of the prettiest views of the lake. We loved it and would definitely return.

We celebrated the 4 December birthdays we have. We had a great time making memories with grandparents, parents and grandchildren. The cabin was very clean. We loved the location where we felt secluded. It had an awesome view of the lake. The kids loved the bunk beds.

Great neighborhood. Beautiful view. Comfortable house. Close to town and restaurants. It would have been nice to have a ceiling fan. Would definitely recommend. One thing I will mention is that there are a lot of stairs down to 3 of the bedrooms. There is one bedroom with just 3 stairs down from the main level but the bathroom on main level doesn’t accommodate assistive equipment and has a tub with shower but needs a safety rail.
