A leather sofa offers a snug spot to relax with a book or watch movies on the 55-inch TV. The chef in your group will love trying new recipes in the upscale kitchen. Stainless steel appliances include an electric stove/oven, dishwasher, and microwave, while countertops and cupboards are packed with gadgets and cookware. You're also just a 10-minute drive to Burton Creek State Park, which offers 2,000 acres of untouched terrain with cross-country skiing trails. In the warmer months, spend your days hiking nearby trails or relaxing on Patton Beach just an eight-minute stroll. Mountain biking trails and Forest Conservation Land trails are within close proximity. Drive the same distance to Waterman's Landing, a beachfront cafe offering kayak and stand-up paddleboard rentals and lessons.

Outdoor wood-burning fires and charcoal grills are prohibited per local ordinances.
The bunkhouse does not have an attached bathroom.

Damage waiver: The total cost of your reservation for this Property includes a nightly damage waiver fee, plus tax if applicable (the “Damage Waiver”). (A discount may be applied for stays of 28 nights or longer, if permitted.) The Damage Waiver covers you for up to $3,000 of accidental damage to the Property or its contents (such as furniture, fixtures, and appliances) as long as you report the incident to the host prior to checking out. The Damage Waiver fee eliminates the need for a traditional security deposit.
