Unwind, relax and sip on a glass of wine in the hot tub or roast some S'mores on the deck.

Rivers and hiking trails are a short drive away.
We are approx 40 min from Seattle with no traffic.
Please note, this listing includes a kitchenette, no full kitchen.

★ Dog friendly - Host approval required and extra pet fee of $40 total with a maximum of two dogs allowed per stay.

The guest suite occupies the West side of the house and has its own separate entry. We share the building and live on East side of the house so we are a quick text away to offer help and local advice if desired. You will have complete privacy during your stay.

The outside patio/deck has outdoor couches, tables and chairs, perfect for outdoor entertaining.
Please note: Outdoor furniture cushions are brought in during winter months. Backyard is a shared space however, it is entirely yours during your stay.

*Eco-friendly cleaning and non toxic / laundry products used.

*Bed linens and towels are typically washed with hypoallergenic detergent with essential oil. If you require completely unscented bedding, please let us know in advance.

*Our suite is professionally cleaned between each guest, windows are kept open during cleaning and if weather permits windows can be left open for arrival as well for additional ventilation. We have an HEPA air filter running upon your arrival. Our cleaners sanitize all surfaces that guests touch and wear masks and gloves during cleaning.

*A/C and heat are central which can be controlled via an app on the suite tablet. We also provide an additional space heater for guests in case it is needed in the winter months.

*There are security cameras in the front and side areas of the property as well as the guest suite entrance.

*This property is located in a quiet neighborhood. Therefore, it is not suitable for parties or playing loud music.

We get occasional power/internet outages. If this occurs, our electrical generator will be turned on in approximately 10-15 min, however the internet may not return for several hours as it depends on the cause of outages.

Cell service by our property maybe weak. However, guests can connect to WiFi for better cell service.
