9 x 14 foot Golf Simulator/MovieTheater/Presentation Screen/TV (and the ultimate babysitter), 65 of the best golf courses preloaded into the simulator so you can play Pebble Beach, Spyglass, and Spanish Bay before you tee up for the real thing. This distinctive feature also includes, but is not limited to interactive soccer, baseball, bowling, and a number of shooting games (trap, skeet, wild boar, duck, aliens). Full bar with two wine refrigerators, ice maker, regulation poker table, queen bed, full bathroom, additional 65 inch and 55 inch TVs.

An amazing house and fabulous location

We really enjoy the stay. The location is perfect. It is close to everything so once we are here, we don’t have to drive to go to dinner or to the beach. The house has everything. And the game room is perfect for adults and kids alike.

Amazing property. It was gorgeous exactly as pictured. Perfect place for a family gathering. We had 20 people over for meals and it was very spacious. The basement game room was perfect to keep people entertained. And the Ocean View deck provided space for everyone to relax.

Beautiful place to stay!

A beautiful place for making memories at Carmel-by-the sea. The comfortable space, decor and amenities were excellent. Everything around you, the restaurants, shops, the beach is walkable and very close in proximity. I would love to stay there again!

Downtown Carmel VRBO

We had 8 to 10 of us for five days and everyone was comfortable. We enjoyed the location walking to restaurants a quick drive to the golf course and excellent staff and help from Jane.

Oasis in Busy Carmel

We took both units for 8 family members and our stay was incredibly comfortable. Great kitchens and sitting area, very well stocked. Quite luxurious. The units had lovely views and deck with fireplaces for evening conversation. Absolutely fantastic stay!! The Pocket Restaurant is terrific as well.

Fantastic home in Carmel

This was the perfect spot for our family celebration of our 50th wedding anniversary! Great location, beautiful home, lots of room on three stories, and great communication with the owner and support people. **The golf simulator was a huge hit with the grandkids . . . And the adults!!!**

The Pocket Residence

This property is one of a kind!! We rented both units for our family vacation and enjoyed everything it had to offer. Location is perfect and The Pocket restaurant is a must when visiting Carmel. Can’t wait to come back!!!

Great location and very nice place!

The location is perfect to walk into town. The private table on the patio that could be used for service from the restaurant was a really cool feature. The house was very clean and great size! I would definitely stay here again.

Best spot in Carmel!

To say this property is amazing would be a huge understatement! Not only is the house amazing (we rented both units) and in an incredible location, but the communication was wonderful from the start! We received several emails before our stay ensuring we were ready for our trip and Jane met us at the property (how rare!!) when we arrived, showed us around the house and gifted us some lovely bottles of wine. We ate at the Pocket our first evening (SO GOOD!) and after we sipped a glass of wine by the fire pit on our balcony. The beds were super comfortable and everything in the house was state of the art. You can tell the owners take a lot of pride in this property. We will definitely be back again!!!

Already planning our return!

We rented the entire Pocket Residence for a long weekend to attend Rennsport Reunion 7 at Laguna Seca. We were a group of car nuts- 4 adults and 4 teenage boys. The space was everything as depicted in the listing and more. Accommodations are 4 star, the boys loved the golf sim downstairs, and the upstairs balcony w fire pit is the perfect spot to unwind w wine and good friends. What takes it over the top is the fast and friendly communication with the host, and the fact that one of the best restaurants in Carmel is literally outside your front door. We enjoyed dinner from The Pocket on our private patio 2 of the 3 nights. Special kudos to Jane who got us settled in and was there all weekend via text for whatever we needed. Right in downtown Carmel, 20 min to the track and 20 min to Pebble golf courses (we also played 2 rounds while there). Needless to say, we are already planning to make this into an annual trip!

A perfect venue in Carmel-by-the-Sea!

Staying at the "Golden Rectangle" was a truly outstanding experience. To be perfectly candid, the owner of this facility spent a fortune making sure every single amenity was perfect. Everything from the kitchen to the bathrooms to the outdoor fire pits was perfect. Even the golf simulator was probably the very best you can buy, and much better than any Trackman or GCQuad I've used. We'll definitely book it again.

Wish we could have stayed longer

Very cool place! We had the whole house so it was nice that there could be different spots to hang out, and also escape. Kent and Gary made things very smooth and were there to help if needed. Walking in and out through the restaurant outdoor dining area is a bit weird, but you get over that quickly. The town looks like a great place but we didn't have time to explore.

Amazing place with amazing people

The space is breathtaking and in a perfect location. Having the pocket restaurant next door was even better. They were so helpful and came in great use as we were the for PB pro-am and needed food last minute with the tight schedule. Hope we get invited again to the pro am and we will stay here!

New Year’s Getaway

We thoroughly enjoyed our weekend at this property! The views are great, there is a lot of room inside and out on the patio. It is in a nice location, close to Ocean Ave. and the beach.

Great Service and Location!!!

This property is wonderful and the location is exceptional. A group of friends rented out both residences and enjoyed every moment. The upper deck provides an ocean view that can be enjoyed by a warm fire pit in the colder months. Also the management is great and was very responsive to all of our question. The location of the house is right in the charming town and allows you to walk everywhere. Definitely would consider returning

Perfect Carmel by the sea home

Kent & Gary made the entire process so easy. They are kind and accommodating. We had an outstanding stay at this gorgeous, technologically advanced home. The rooms are exceptionally clean and comfortable. The top floor brings in the most gorgeous natural light. You can sit on the the balcony and look directly at the ocean. I would highly recommend this home to anyone looking for a place for 8-10 people (family gathering, etc).
