Beautiful Carmel House

This is a 5500 sqft, lodge-style property which is only 10 minutes drive from carmel beach and 5 minutes away from a prestigious wineries in Carmel. The kitchen is fully stocked with dishes, glassware, flatware, and etc. This property will an ideal choice for a family or friends gateways or a longer stay for one of the Monterey Peninsula’s great events. In addition, it is a great place to enjoy and recharge with your loved ones in privacy.
This serene and secluded Estate sits on 1.3 acres of property surrounded by beautiful nature in Carmel. The property has a shared space that will also be available for the guests after owner's approval. Excluding the shared space, the house have total of 6 bedrooms/8 beds. Including the shared space, the property will have 8 bedrooms 5 bath. It will be a great place for family reunions, golf trips, etc.
It also includes a very spacious parking spot. The property also has play room that includes ping-pong table and foosball. Outside also has basketball hoop. Great restaurant such as baja cantina is just across the street, and large supermarkets only a few miles away

We had such a great time with our family and friends at this lovely property. At first, we were worried after a recent guest review saying the place was old and run-down. However, the property was beautiful inside and out. We could tell the property was remodeled not too long ago, and the manager, Brian, was very responsive to our request. I would personally recommend this place for everyone! Once again thank you so much for the lovely place.

This property is old and tired. The kitchens and bathrooms have been redone, but the rest of the house is in serious need of an update. The windows and sliding glass doors are old, and many do not work. Most of the interior pocket doors were jammed and unworkable. The layout is odd - the Primary Bedroom has no door - just a curtain. Three are 2 side-by side bathrooms near the Primary Bedroom. The exterior of the house is old and dirty. The access code we were given was wrong and we had to climb in a 2 story window to get into the house.

We enjoyed our stay. The house was perfect for a large gathering. With enough space for people to gather together or have a quiet moment on their own. The house isn’t far from shopping, restaurants and Monterey. The host was very responsive when we had questions. The house was very clean and well stocked.

Family Holiday

Had a large family gathering with 16 adults and children. The house was plenty big with nice bed rooms, plenty of baths, well stocked kitchen and plenty of room. Would highly recommend this location as it’s a short drive to Carmel, Monterrey and other sites.

Great family getaway

Perfect for our family vacation

The size of the house worked perfectly for our 4 families. My son's family with the 2 young children stayed in the guest house section of the property. They were on east coast time and woke up very early without disturbing the rest of us who were on west coast time. The kitchen was stocked with everything we needed since most of our meals were at the house. The area around the house is quite peaceful and relaxing. The younger set enjoyed visiting the horse and shetland pony next door.

Great house for large group

This house was great for our group of 10 adults and six kids (ages 12 to 4). Very comfortable with everyone in a real bed. Huge kitchen, dining area and living room meant we could all hang out together. We hope to be back for another friends/family get together.
