Denise, 8ps + swimming pool

Denise is a spacious and completely detached holiday villa with a beautifully maintained garden all around. Here you can enjoy a lovely heated private swimming pool (fenced and solar-heated), a relaxing jacuzzi, a pool house with summer kitchen, and a sunny terrace where you can sip a glass of wine while watching the sun set. The villa is located near the charming village of Carlux, between Souillac and the medieval town of Sarlat, and just a few kilometres from the Dordogne River. Nearby you will also find an excellent restaurant where you can dine surprisingly well at a very reasonable price.

Interior
On the ground floor, there is a spacious living room with open kitchen, fully equipped with dishwasher, fridge, freezer and all necessary cookware. From the adjoining conservatory, you have a beautiful view of the large garden. Also on this level is a bathroom with shower, double sink and bidet, plus a separate toilet. Upstairs are four bedrooms (three with double beds, one with two single beds) and a second bathroom with double sink and bathtub.

Outside
The large heated private pool features an overflow system, fencing and an alarm, ideal for families with children. Next to the pool, you will find the pool house with summer kitchen, a barbecue, and of course the jacuzzi: the perfect place to relax and enjoy.

Surroundings
Thanks to its central location, both Souillac and Sarlat are within easy reach. Picturesque villages such as Domme, Beynac and La Roque-Gageac, as well as the famous caves of Les Eyzies, are also nearby. The Dordogne River is only 4 km away and offers plenty of opportunities for canoeing and fishing.
