  • We are located with just a block from the downtown Carlsbad Village, and with only steps to the sandy beach/beach access. Walk to local village boutiques, cafes, restaurants and the train station.

    Your vacation home surrounds you with premium-quality finishes and furnishings at it’s finest, it boasts the amenities you would expect from a luxury hotel/resort, yet, you can live like a local by taking advantage of the fully equipped kitchen for cooking. This upper floor unit is in a twenty-one unit, garden low rise apartment building. The complex has a total of three, two story buildings surrounded by beautifully landscaped courtyard and grounds as well as an inviting swimming pool and BBQ area that boasts two natural gas, stainless steel BBQ grills, all of which are conveniently located at the center of the complex.

    For your convenience and enjoyment, we also provide a beach wagon, beach chairs, beach umbrellas and body boards.

    Come and enjoy the beach life and the charm of Carlsbad at a great location you cannot beat.

Great location. We enjoyed the easy access to both the beach and Carlsbad Village. We were able to walk most of the time. The condo was very comfortable and had everything we needed.

As always we really enjoy staying at Seaside Village. It was a warm week, so the pool was cool and refreshing plus really appreciated a/c unit in bedroom as upper units can get hot.

Great Place

The location is amazing with the ocean a block away and tons of restaurants within walking distance. The condo had everything that you needed and the bed was comfortable. I highly recommend this place.

Very nice location.Really close to beach and downtown.The bath tub drained slowly.There were keys and a gate control on the bar but no instructions or explanation. Windows opened for a cool breeze. The kitchen was well stocked for cooking. Swimming pool looked clean.Thanks for a nice stay :)

Beach getaway

Perfect place to stay for two individuals. Unit G was clean and comfortable for our one week vacation. The outside noise was slightly loud but everything calmed down by 11 pm. I would stay here again.

This vacation rental is lovely, 2 blocks from the beach, pool, locked parking lot. You can tell the hosts care about their guests and know how to accommodate them. We will return sometime!

Great stay!

Loved our time here! The location is AMAZING!! Such easy walking distance to the ocean, restaurants, shopping, and anything else you might need. Everything in the unit was very clean and updated. Loved being able to open windows and blinds to let in fresh air and sunlight. Provided parking spot is also a plus!

Everything was great -- clear instructions, great location, and a very clean apartment. The only slight snafu was that the check-out time was listed as 11am but our code stopped working at around 10am. Fortunately, the cleaners were next door and were able to let us back in after breakfast to retrieve our things! Otherwise I don't know what we would have done since there was no answer at the owner phone number.This is our second time staying here. The location can't be beat and the apartment is comfortable, clean, and well-stocked. We will certainly stay here again!!

Weekend to San Diego Area

We reviewed many options before we landed on this property. Glad we did. It was super clean with a king bed - which was very comfortable. Very quite. Only 1 block from the beach and restaurants and shopping. The PM was very responsive. We will stay here again when we go back to that area.

Amazing

The property is so well furnished with everything. Was great to have fans and a/c. The cleanliness is in every room. A nice and quite unit. It is so close to the beach and all restaurants. Also nice to have a pool and a laundry area available. The property management team is a 10. A must place to enjoy a wonderful vacation.

Exceptional experience!

Sometimes you just can't get good workers...but those 2 employees we met at Seaside Village were A+ workers!! The place was clean and ready for us and if we had a question, it was answered immediately. The location is perfect right in the village and accessible to food, fun, beach and freeways. The condo was well stocked - didn't even have to go buy coffee. We will stay there again.
