This spacious vacation home boasts 7 bedrooms. All of our king beds are Beautyrest Black Mattresses to ensure a restful night's sleep. This home has a complete fully equipped gourmet kitchen provides all the amenities you need to whip up delicious meals during your stay. From the dishwasher to the microwave, every convenience is at your fingertips.
As you explore the property, you'll discover a picnic area where you can enjoy al fresco dining surrounded by the beauty of nature. Additionally, this Classic Victorian features a sun terrace and garden, providing tranquil spaces to unwind and soak up the sun. In addition, the home offers access to a shared spa area.

With free WiFi and free private parking, your stay here is as convenient as it is luxurious.
Please note, this home has a separate, private 2-bedroom unit on the third floor and a 2 bedroom apartment on the same lot that may booked during your stay.

Maximum occupancy for this home is 15 guests total (10 adults max).
We would like to inform you that all reservations are subject to an additional $500-$700 STR Rules Deposit HOLD. This deposit ensures that our house rules are followed and helps protect our property. Please note that this STR Rules deposit is not charged unless the house rules are not followed.
Small dogs allowed (under 25 lbs) - fee and deposit will apply.
+ Guest will need to fill out a rental agreement and will be sent a pre-arrival email with the address and a unique door code about two weeks before the stay.
+ Please note, reservations over 10 nights may incur an additional mid-stay cleaning fee.

Wedding Weekend

It is a great location, well managed and clean. The views are amazing but it comes with a caveat of being pretty loud during to traffic on Carlsbad Blvd most of the day and into the early evening. Overall it worked great for our family.

Wonderful beach getaway!

My family of 8 really enjoyed our stay at this house. We had four 80-year olds, three in our 50s and a teenager and everyone loved the spot. There was more than ample room for all of us to have the space and privacy we needed. The kitchen was well-appointed with a large island, two dishwashers and all the cooking utensils we needed, save for maybe a few spices. The location was great, right across the street from the beach and a couple miles south of the main part of Carlsbad. We had the misfortune of staying there during a period of seaweed accumulation at the beach across the street, which made the area smell bad and prevented us from using that beach, but there were plenty of other options very close by. I talked to many local surfers that said the seaweed issue happens once a year, but that otherwise the area was among the best surfing spots in the immediate area. The only negative aspects of the stay were that the floors in the house were a little dirty. They didn't look dirty but did turn our feet black. Also, parking was a little bit tricky. But I wouldn't let either of these issues prevent us from staying again.. We loved it here!

Carlsbad

Pros- large house, large kitchen, lots of bedrooms, plenty of seating options, outdoor shower, good location, beautiful views. Cons- Broken AC. We had it on our entire stay but the house never got below 75. It was pretty miserable, muggy, and stuffy. We tried to keep all the windows open to at least get a breeze but it’s on a main road so there were loud motorcycles, sirens, cars, bright lights etc all night. Maybe not a big deal if you aren’t trying to put young kids to sleep. The beach access closest to the house leads down to a rocky beach that you can’t use at all at high tide. The picture on the listing seemed misleading in that way. The floors were swept but we could all tell they had not been mopped. The bottoms of our feet were black after walking around inside. There were several dirty dishes in the cabinets that we had to wash before using. Overall our stay was fine, but I wouldn’t book the property again.
