Calls from neighbors or police may result in security deposit deductions. We can provide referrals for caterers, chefs, equipment rentals, and more. Guests must pay for these separately and assume all liability for hiring such companies. Upon request, we can also decorate for holidays with items like a Christmas tree and exterior lights.

Cyndi's home is lovely with Spanish flair. The accomodations are comfortable, the pool and hot tub fantastic and for any questions we had, our host was easily accessible. Seven adults and three kids were very comfortable in this home. We would definitely stay again.

The Mediterranean Villa

This home is amazing. Plenty of room for our party of 12. Large table off the kitchen for game night and meals. Some of our party does not care for the beach and the backyard, pool and spa was the perfect spot to soak and chat. Close to Vons grocery and a short 10-25 min walk to the beach. Friendly neighbors and of course it’s Carlsbad in the summer, what’s not to love. We will be back

Last Minute Booking

We are in the same area and had to leave our home due to a hot water slab leak. I contacted Cyndi and she responded quickly. The property was clean and ready for us. There is so much room for all of my family. The house is so comfortable and it was very relaxing while we were there. Cyndi is a fantastic host. She responded very quickly to anything that we needed to make our stay stress free. We are so thankful for having the place that we needed and are grateful.

Perfect!

I rented this property so that people flying into town could all stay together. The home is beautiful and there was more than enough room for the 9 people who stayed there. Cynthia was wonderful and very responsive to any questions I had. I highly recommend this property and would rent any property managed by Cynthia again! Thank you!

Legoland and beach getaway with extended family

We planned our first visit to Legoland with our grandkids. This property provided a comfortable home base about 10 minutes from the park, a 5-10 minute walk to the beach and one exit from the quaint Carlsbad Village with lots of restaurants and shops. A Vons grocery store was a few blocks away making it easy to stock food throughout our 5 day stay. The house had plenty of large bedrooms for us, our kids and 5 grandchildren. The kitchen was well appointed and common areas very comfortable. We used the pool/spa every day and Cynthia was a wonderful host and easy to communicate with via the VRBO message site.

Carlsbad vacation

Location of the home was good, having access to a pool and spa with a backyard was a hit. The house provided enough space and rooms that everyone felt they had their space. Unfortunately the kitchen, specifically the sink area needs updates and we had an issue with cockroaches. The owner responded quickly when contacted but there is not a short term solution. We did not feel comfortable preparing meals and with young children did not want to spray chemicals on the counter tops. .

Family Vaca

My husband and I brought our adult children with their spouses and three grandbabies to Carlsbad for a family getaway. This place was perfect. We all had our own rooms and bathrooms (keeping harmony in the family). The shared space was great. The home was very clean and had plenty of extra things to make us feel like we were right at home. We loved the pool! The location was amazing, we hardly had to drive anywhere. We walked to the "Village", to the beach, to the lagoons, to the bike paths, etc... Cyndi was incredibly responsive throughout the whole rental process. I was so amazed at how quickly she responded to our correspondence. We would definitely rent this home again in the future!

Spacious home with pool perfect for family vacation

The house is well kept, there is a lot of space to hang out , and it is a great location for a short drive to the beach, downtown Carlsbad, and legoland. The pool and spa were great! We spent a lot of time doing that. The master bedroom and bathroom is very nice. The additional studio above the garage is really great if you have multiple families and want a separate space. Because the house accepts pets, the family room couch does have a little pet odor to it, but not so extreme that you couldn’t sit there. Overall, it was really nice. I would book again!

Fantastic Value in Carlsbad

My work colleagues and I stayed at Cynthia's house this past week and the overall experience was exceptional. The house has everything that you need for several individuals to be comfortable, and we spent many hours enjoying the pool/spa/outdoor area. Would absolutely stay at this property again next time we are visiting Carlsbad!

Carlsbad visit

We had a great time at this property. The location was perfect, a walk to the beach or a quick drive. The pool was lovely and enjoyed by all. There is lots of space for family to spread out when needed. All but one bedroom is upstairs so that could be an issue if mobility is an problem. Lots of parking for us - very appreciated as street parking was sometimes hard to find. We appreciated Cyndi checking with us and assisting with the pool. Highly recommend!

Family Getaway

The house was much better than the pictures. Spacious, well appointed, clean and within easy walking and driving distance to the beach. Everyone had their own room. My wife and I took our daughter’s family of 5 on this trip and we’d certainly stay here again!

Family reunion

It was a beautiful property. Just as described; in a convenient location. The owner was very helpful and quick to respond to any questions. A great setting for a terrific family reunion. I highly recommend it.

Large family getaway

This house is perfect for a large family to enjoy spending time together. The pool , spa and grassy area in the backyard work well for toddlers to seniors. . Inside there are two gathering areas plus plenty of beds and bathrooms for everyone. The kitchen is well equipped and the wine cellar was a hit with the kids as their hideout, house, jail, and pirate den. We had a great week.

Lovely house near the beach with a lovely pool!

My family really enjoyed our stay at this property. The heated pool and proximity to the beach (and LegoLand!) were extremely nice touches. Ample space for our group of 8, nice amenities, and excellent responsiveness from the host. Thank you for having us!

Great house, location and host!

Epic time with the family! The house is great and all was awesome minus a few things that weren't working or were not in good shape. However, Cyndi was super responsive and accommodating with check in and other things in the house so this made our stay memorable!

Best spring break ever!

11 of us, three generations, loved loved loved this house. Plenty of room to be together, and separate spaces for working too. The cousins spent hours together in the terrific pool, yard and big comfy family room. The owner was wonderfully responsive, answered our questions immediately and always had the pool heated for us when we requested it.

Perfect Spot for a Family Reunion

This is the perfect place for a large family to vacation together. Bedrooms and bathrooms for everyone! The kitchen is fully stocked with lots of dishes and cutlery. Tons of towels, extra pillows and blankets. The living areas are spacious and comfortable. It was easy for everyone to find a comfortable spot to relax. Wifi supported all the people in the house too. The pool area was the highlight for our family. Even though the weather wasn't great, the hot tub was toasty warm and the kids swam in the pool anyway. A quick dip back in the hot tub was all the needed to keep swimming. Conveniently located 10 minute walk from Tamarack beach. Plenty of beach chairs and toys provided. Also conveniently located close to the freeway (perfect for day trips)... and Starbucks. Carlsbad town was about 15 minute walk away. Full of cute shops and restaurants. Cyndi was helpful and really easy to reach. Communication was awesome! Highly recommend this home as a comfortable, convenient and FUN place for a large group.

Great family spot!

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay over the Christmas holidays! We were a family of 8 adults and had plenty of room to spread out. It was easy to make meals at home. We had wonderful weather and were able to use the jacuzzi in the large backyard. We were also able to walk into Carlsbad village (about a 20 minute walk). We would definitely stay at Cyndi"s place again!
