Celler Carlos Creek

The standing in line wait for check in was 30 minutes. Everybody in line was unhappy with that. We booked a king size room on Expedia and when we got to the room, it was 2 queen beds. They asked at check in if we wanted 2 queen beds and we said no. They gave them to us anyway. We called to let them know of the mistake when we got to our room and they told us there had been an issue with our room that they couldn’t fix. I inquired about a difference in price and was told there was no difference. We checked in with another couple and wanted to be kept close as we are older and didn’t want to have to walk across the entire casino to meet. They put us completely across the casino from each other. The other couple got the king size room. For $500 a night rooms, we expected better service. The rooms themselves are nice, clean, and well appointed.
