"Clean room, comfy bed, good food options, lovely staff very professional and an overall good stay and great location. The hotel had planned maintenance that was not shared on their site, this negatively impacted our stay. The hotel also has weekend live music that has their entire front valet/loading zone blocked 24/7. When live music is Friday and Saturday, Not ideal when it rains non stop. Recommend they open up the front of their hotel for convenience for all of their customers."

"Nice clean room and friendly staff. The property in general was clean and appeared recently updated. The breakfast options were limited and not very good. The property had too many people loitering around the parking lot area who were either high or loud. The room next to us had loud people and music playing from 430am to 6am during our checkout morning."

"The hospitality of this hotel is second to none. I have stayed in hotels all over the world and I have never in 40 years been so welcomed and so appreciated and so helped even with the minor things like asking for a pen and they gave me a handful. If I ever traveled to Vancouver again, which I’m sure I will I will never stay anywhere else. I used to like the Heisman Lodge, but this place is nicer rooms and better hospitality."

"I just stayed one night before continuing my trip by car. The shuttle from the airport was excellent, and available 24 hrs for late/early travelers. I went back via shuttle to rent my car, and experience was terrific. The hotel was very clean, quiet and the staff even kept the kitchen open so I could get something to eat even through it was 10:30pm. The next morning I had a great breakfast in the restaurant, and one of the staff coached me on travel routing and sure enough, she was spot on. ...
