The main living/dining area boasts an open-hearth fireplace (decorative only) and direct access to the garden and terrace. One room is equipped with a sofa bed measuring 120 cm in width and 190 cm in length, perfect for additional sleeping arrangements. The cozy playroom provides an ideal space for children's entertainment. The open kitchen is well-appointed with an oven, dishwasher, freezer, and a unique pizza oven, complemented by a dining table. A shower and WC are conveniently located on the ground floor.

Amenities Included

The cottage offers a range of amenities to ensure a comfortable and convenient stay. These include a washing machine, dryer, children's high chair, hair dryer, and logs (available at an extra cost). Additionally, a baby changing unit is provided for families with infants. Internet access is available via complimentary WiFi throughout the property. Outdoor amenities include terrace furniture, a barbecue area, and two deck chairs, perfect for enjoying the beautiful garden views.

Holiday with family

The house is nice for bigger families with garden and direct on main street of the village. The location is appr. 40' to Rostock/Warnemünde, 20' to Kuehlungsborn and 1h 20' to Stralsund by car. The rustical ambiente is lovely and complete. Our family enjoyed the 6 days very much.Thank you for the service - "Hansi" !!!
